The product is lovely. The delivery was appalling. I was at home and saw the van arrive. The driver made no attempt to ring the bell but just left the parcel by the back gate in plane View. I'm going to stop using amazon they are lazy and not fit for purpose on delivery.

I,m always a lttle scepticle when i see lots of reviews with 5 stars and think is it genuine. Well this is mine and it is. I rarley send reviews but this hat is 'what it says on the tin'. For once this sellers picture is exactly what I received!! It fits like a glove...or should I say hat. It is thick, warm and cosy with a lovely soft fleecey lining. I,m just about to order another in differnt colour as a bit of a fashion victim and want to match with another coat!! You may mind another hat a little cheaper but dont bother as you may not get the quality of this hat.
