Bought these stylish flutes 10 years ago and still use them to this day. They feel weighty, well made and are great for enjoying a bottle of fizz!

I love champagne, and have had a fair bit of it at weekends in November and the lead up to Christmas, so, just browsing through Amazon with a search for "champagne glasses" these were among the results...I thought "Wow, these look nice" but maybe a bit dear, and discarded the idea...but it just kept coming back to me, and I had to look again, and again, until I was in love with the idea of having them, and included these in a little Amazon multi buy of various items as a treat for Christmas. From other reviews I gathered these were quality, but imagined these were larger, almost 'Pilsner' size glasses, but they are not. They are quite tall, but still dainty (not flimsy) and in keeping with perfect size for champagne. On the day I collected these I had won a Christmas competition at work, and was presented with a bottle of champagne as the prize, so had the perfect opportunity to evaluate and Christen them. I got TWICE the amount of glasses of champagne from the standard size bottle as compared to just FOUR (two per person) from my other glasses, so it makes it last longer too! Not disappointed at all, these are beautiful, and compliment your precious bubbly with the style and finesse it deserves. PS - I will add some images as soon as my review is published - Merry Christmas to all! PPS - Tip: With the bottom of these beautiful glasses being so much narrower than even standard flutes, it is quite difficult to clean right at the bottom. I use a babies bottle cleaner brush, which compresses enough to get to the bottom, but be careful with that. You can also uses a pastry brush for the same, but make sure it is dedicated for cleaning your flutes ONLY, not for culinary purposes. Rinse them THOROUGHLY, and let them drain. I dry the inside bottom of mine with 1-2 sheets of kitchen towel, pressed CAREFULLY down with a narrow utensil such as a steak knife, twisting to dry, and the rest of the inside. It is essential to have clean pristine inside to maintain lively bubbles.

Where 170mls is supposed to fit is a mystery as these only hold about 140 to 145 mls.when brimfull. On a positive note, this means you get more glasses per bottle, resolving, to some extent, the cognitive dissonance that buying expensive fizz causes. They are also attractive, handmade and difficult to spill, due to the weighted bases. The rims, though, look a tad thin and would be unlikely to survive a knock over. I bought a pair and the only problems are the small base, making them easler to knock over, and the narrow bottoms which the dishwasher doesn't reach to clean, therefore needing a toothbrush to clean properly.

Really loved this set so much that I decided to buy my sister the same set. However once I get to check out it states it cannot deliver to my address ? I changed the address several times and no matter what address I entered I received the same message “cannot deliver to this address. Please change address” What is happening ……..

I love these but my daughter says I look I’m driving from a vase. They are heavy and feel nice to drink from.

I think these are absolutely beautiful. Ok, so if you are paying £22 for two glasses you need to look after them, These are not in the "use every day cupboard" they have their own shelf in my kitchen with a glass front. I use them for special evenings with friends. I would never put them in the dishwasher and cleaning them by hand is fine, you just need to be careful. Do one at a time with nothing else . Yes they are fragile, but they are well worth it, the wow factor from people when they receive their glass is lovely so yes i would recommend 100%. I have a few things in the LSA range and i personally think its all great.

Disappointed I used four glasses only once and placed them back in the boxes provided The next time I went to use one I found it was broken as I went to pull it out of the box.The glasses were exquisite and well made Maybe a note on the product telling customers that the glasses are very fragile I am not game to use them now

I love uniquely shaped or crafted champagne glasses. I already have a pair of Swarovski crystal ones, and these just add even more beauty to my collection. They feel wonderful to hold and to drink from. Highly recommend these to anyone.
