Please make this in just powder so it’s more affordable. Anyways I ran out and thought I’d switch to another brand that was powder and didn’t work. I got this overnight and within hours kickstarted period. If I stay on this with no lapses, cycle is regular but if I skip it for weeks and start it that’s when it jump starts period so maybe schedule accordingly . Anyways really works and I only really need 1 or 2 a day to avoid symptoms but plenty of people take much more. Idk what sorcery is in this but it’s so quick acting. No idea why other brand didn’t work because it was same ingredient. I have tried chiro myo type but didn’t like how I felt so you might have to try out a few before deciding. It does work extremely fast for me but give a month since everyone is different.

I’ve never taken Inositol before, this is my first time trying it. I was reading about the benefits of it and bought this brand because I take a lot of their products and they are quality products. Since this is my first time using, I’m thinking that they are helping me? But in all fairness, I’m going to have to use them for a few more months before I can really give them a fair rating. But at this point, I’m giving them a 4 star?

I have PTSD. Helps me to sleep. Creates a sleepy lull which I love. I combine with Ltheanine at night and magnesium, valerian and passionflower.

This doublewoods Inositol really works by curbing my appetite. I find that I don’t get hungry as I used to.This supplement is really helpful with my diet. I don’t exceed the recommended dosage. I used to take the berberbine also by Doublewoods, but had to stop (very good by the way) because my BP was being affected by being on the low side.
