Tangy, flavourful, spicy
Excellent hot sauce. There is a nice fresh, tangy edge to it but also some depth of flavour underneath, and the heat level is just perfect: hotter than your typical hot sauce but not masochistic like the ghost pepper stuff. My recommendation: put it on some scrambled eggs

This is one of the best hot sauces I've found in the UK
Perfect level of heat and it goes well with Mexican food. It's not really an all-round hot sauce though as it has quite a pungent taste. It doesn't have a strong floral taste like some habenero sauces and that's a bonus to me. Doesn't have a strong vinegar taste either and that's also a bonus for me. Perfect for Mexican food but for other food it has a little too much character as it's a bit pungent. Still have yet to find the perfect all around hot sauce.
