I’ve tried many pre workouts and none are as good as this. At the time of writing this it has a 4 star rating, don’t be put off by this, this is definitely a 5 star pre workout, the reason it’s 4 stars is the price. It is very expensive especially for 20 servings but you get what you pay for, it’s definitely better than other pre workouts that are nearly half the price. It has all the right ingredients at the right doses. The taste is ok, some of the cheaper pre workouts taste better but I think it’s probably harder to mask the taste off the proper doses of ingredients in this. Definitely very impressed with this pre workout and will be ordering more.

4.5 actually but not quite a 5 star. Flavour: Grape Taste: the taste is really good in the sense that you won't feel nauseous while drinking, and you will be able to drink it fully. I previously had Fruit Punch from C4 and the taste was horrible. I had to take small sips every few mins to get half the cup down and then threw the other half away. THIS is not like that. I can easily finish 1 full cup. That being said, the taste is somewhat sour and bitter (not really that bad but there's a very small bitter aftertaste). Effect: the first time I took it, I waited around 20 minutes to experience any effect and had the tingly feeling (but I didn't workout so it could be because of that). The second time I took it, I took 1 and a half scoops and started my warmup and workout immediately. I did not sense any tingly sensation like C4 while working out. But my heart rate was quite fast and it felt like my breaths couldn't keep up. So yeah, it works. Shipment: Shipment was on time, I had it delivered to Milan, Italy. I didn't notice any significant drop in energy at the end of my workout, HOWEVER I did feel very bloated. So much so that I couldn't do my abs exercises properly. Now this could be because I drank too much water during the workout, or due to the preworkout. I am still unsure of this as this is the 3rd day I'm using it. Overall: best pre workout I've had so far, and doesn't feel as "chemically"as the one from C4. The closest thing I can name to the taste is Cranberry juice (the ones you get from concentrate) I was not paid for this review and I'm comparing it to C4 preworkout as its my only reference.

Brought it for my brother, He would recommend, Gives an energy boost, Good value for money The ingredients gives it a good quality The mixability gives good tingling sensation.

very sour, dreading to drink it

Received this order at the weekend and was looking forward to it as this was the first supplement brought from Mike's list, didn't mind paying the price as i knew i would be getting what is required and what i paid for instead of cheaper ones elsewhere but after sampling this twice with only 1 scoop i have a reaction to it and got all red in the face and on the shoulders, my mouth was tingling and I was shaking. taste wasn't great either but again this could had put me off due to the things doing on with me doing the time taking it. I had got a reaction like this once before from C4 but i knew the ingredients in that would have So i have paid £40 for this product i can cant even use it now because of im afraid it will happen for the 3rd time.

I have been using pre-work outs for some time now, the original Jack3D was by far my favourite until they changed up the formula, C4 was my go to afterwards, however recently the C4 formula seems to have changed and it does not have the same kick. Recently i came across a review for this product and i am so glad i adhered to the positive reviews and tried this out, it is a little more expensive than other pre work outs i have tried but it is most definitely worth it. This is a throwback to the original Jack3D and C4, if you liked either of those, you will love this and the extra cost will seem well worth it. Those tingles, that ability to push through your barrier, the increased focus, Legion Pulse has this in spades, definitely worth a try for those looking for a great pre-workout.

I wasted no time in giving this supplement a try as soon it arrived today - I chose the blue raspberry flavour. The tub arrived sealed and well packed. I only ordered it yesterday and within 24hrs it had arrived already. As per a pre workout, it gave me a great boost before my session and I can be assured that the ingredients consist of scientifically proven performance enhancing stuff. The instructions are clear on the back of the tub and the size should last a good month. Really pleased and will already be ordering again. I’d like to try some of the other supplements also from Legion.

This is the best pre-workout in the market. 2 scoops for heavy lifting, 1 for cardio and you are ready to go!!

I am not certain if the effect is psychological, but I felt that taking this pulse pre-workout drink made me suffer less burn during high intensity workouts and generally feel less tired / less sore post-workout.

The flavour of most likely their entire line of pre-workout is awful, Tastes like acid wash and the after taste is bad. Im not even a huge fan of sweet pre workouts but this is an awful taste makes me feel sick.

No jitters no crash just felt good and alert. Tastes great! No awful blends no suspect ingredients that are possibly harmful for you. Just what you need and what you want. Legion is honestly the best supplement company out there in terms of quality.

I purchased the stim free version in blue raspberry and was pleasantly surprised. It tasted great and wasn’t overly sweet. It provided the energy i needed so i can train a little harder. The product is caffeine-free but it was still able to provide a great pump without making me feel jittery. Initially I felt a little tingle but it went away & never felt it again. I took one scoop which was enough to get me through my workout.
