Does the trigger move round the bell or is it fixed?

If i remember correctly its fixed. I sold bike i had with bell on it

Would this go round my finger? I ride an Electric unicycle and need a warning bell.

If you did it up tightly on one finger, it would probably hurt, and the 'ringer' would not be easily accessible with another finger on the same hand
