Nice product using from last 15 days easy to install ..But it's more better if seller will provide installation service as it's consuming time.

We had ordered this product as my in-laws were visiting and we lacked a good dining table at our place. The product came in these huge boxes and but no person was sent for assembling such a huge product. Later we came to know that it's a DIY product.So I tried my hands in setting the product up but found that there was no manual provided. So I just went with my instincts and started assembling the product. Honestly, the table was easy to setup but the chairs were a whole another story. The holes weren't aligned, the nails weren't fitting properly, it was absolutely difficult to setup the chairs. We called the Decor Nation customer service and they at least helped me put up just one chair. With the techniques they mentioned, the assembly wasn't working for any other chair.That's when we received a call from customer executive, Pooja, who told us that, you can arrange for a carpenter to fix the chairs, we will pay for the charges. We had society carpenters who arrive within 30 minutes if we call and this time one arrived within 10 minutes as he was finishing some work in the same building.When the carpenter arrived, he noticed a part of the table was broken as shown in the photos which we had missed. We reported this to the customer service, but the executive, Pooja, immediately responded, and I quote:`It's so fascinating to hear that you got your carpenter so early!`This was so insulting to hear. We sent her the photos and she said we will look into it. Meanwhile, there was another customer executive, Naveen, who responded, `Send me the photos, I left for the day, I will look into it tomorrow.`We somehow knew, they're not going to respond, which turned out to be true, and we asked the carpenters to assemble the chairs and add some glue to fix the broken part. The chairs took about an hour and a half or maybe even more for expert carpenters to assemble. Even they were complaining that the holes aren't aligned, some spots didn't even have holes, for which they had to drill and they were quite surprised to see I was able to finish atleast one chair. They themselves were saying that this product is not at all DIY.The issue wasn't the money, the issue was false advertising and absolutely insufferable tone of the service executive Pooja. She could've tried to listen and understand the situation but when we just mentioned that the carpenters came and found this issue, she immediately responded without even hesitating.I did receive a call from Pooja a couple of days later, but she just said 'Hello', and stayed silent on the call as I could make out that she wasn't responding even after me saying 'Hello' multiple times. When I called back immediately, she didn't even pick up the phone.For anyone considering this product. Save your money and just please, don't. You can see the same reviews rampant for this product elsewhere as well. Businesses like these shouldn't exist, and it just gives a bad name to the business community and all the people who work hard to create proper woodwork.Pros:1. Atleast the product looks good.Cons:1. Bad advertising, the product is not DIY at all.2. Insufferable customer service.3. Bad construction, misaligned holes, and sometimes, no holes at all.In short stay away!

Exceptionally nice & sturdy Dining Table & Chairs. Very nicely packed & delivered within the stipulated time frame. This item is excellent and value for money. I am extremely happy to get this item. Very sturdy, cozy, beautiful and simply superb. Highly recommend.

When i received this product the top has been damaged then i spoke with Decornation contact person they repalced it and i am satisified with service and product.

I’m happy and satisfied with the finishing of this dining table – it looks really great once set up! The installation was moderately easy, though I wish an installation diagram had been provided as it would have made the process smoother. The packaging was very good and kept the product safe.My only disappointment was with the delivery to Jaipur, which wasn’t prompt and required a lot of back-and-forth communication. Overall, a good product with some room for improvement in delivery and instructions.
