life saver
My nipples, mental health are so grateful for these compresses. They literally saved my breastfeed journey. I had sore, broken nipples and using these patches helped every single time and helped to continue to breastfeed until I my my baby's tongue tie sorted.

A must-have for anyone experiencing nipple pain or damage from breastfeeding
These are a life saver for sore, damaged nipples! They are a miracle cure when you are in pain from nipple damage from breastfeeding. I would recommend to any breastfeeding mother. I have used these with all three of my children in the first weeks of breastfeeding them as I experienced really painful nipple damage. These were the only things that really helped me, even more so than using lanolin (although I often used them both together). The compresses are cooling and soothing and tuck easily into your bra/pad. They really help to heal damaged nipples quickly. They are expensive but they are well worth the money. To make a box go further, I found that each compress was big enough that I could cut it into two and use one piece for each nipple/breast, which helped the pack go further. I would also recommend the Multi-Gyn Perineum Compresses for healing after birth - they are also extremely soothing and help to heal the area quickly too.

Highly recommend
A friend recommended these and after reading several reviews I gave them a try. Wow they have worked amazingly 👏. I had very sore painful and cracked nipples.. used these, although I changed mine more regularly compared to some of the reviews state and they healed much faster than expected. I have rebought a second pack, even though the first pack did the trick, I think they are an essential to keep as a bf mumma just incase the soreness returns. Definitely worth the price. Used along side my Nipple cream and regular hot compressions too.

Marginal gains but that's a good thing.
Wife reports good things! Heard about these after attending baby cafe as we've been struggling with pain after breastfeeding for 3 weeks now. My wife reports they are soothing and make a difference initially although can't be certain they help faster recovery or healing. That said we are taking the view of marginal gains and if these help even just a little bit, along sloth trying lots of other things then together they might lift keep us breastfeeding for longer than we would have otherwise.critism would be that they are expensive for a disposable item and also the packaging arrived all in German so we had to look up the instructions and leaflet online who might sound like a small thing but when you have your hands full with a newborn you would rather not have to.

*****ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING******
Absolutely amazing. I wish I had found out about these sooner, but only discovered them with my 3rd child. Absolutely the best money I've ever spent! Immediate relief, i tend to put ut on and leave it over night and i can honestly say the results are impressive, a marked improvement by morning. They stay in place (with a bra on obviously) its soothing like aloe vera and nit sticky and horrible like the lanolin cream and also so simple just put on and ur done, no fiddling about like with the lanolin cream. Yes it us expensive but worth every penny, if i could give it more stars i would! the compress itself is quite large so sometimes i cut it in half to make it go further and even in half its still big enough :-)

Saved my nipples
Breastfeeding hurts. I’ve started leaving these pads on all the time when I’m not feeding or expressing, now when i go to feed my baby my nipples don’t hurt. I can only put it down to these pads. At first i would only use them for an hour, like recommended and i noticed no change but now that i leave them on for longer i can safely say theyve save my nipples which heal in between feeds

Absolute must have for new breastfeeders
These literally saved my nipples. KEEP THEM IN THE FRIDGE and thank me later. Says to only keep on for an hour I think but I would keep mine on all day. Would get up in the morning and shower, get 2 new cold ones out of the fridge and stick on under breast pads. That way if there was any breastmilk leakage it would stay within the compress and help to heal my nipples. They are like little impregnated plasters covered in a clear gel to help heal. Would highly recommend!

Bought for my own breast feeding journey and then given as gifts to many of my friends. Works really well on sore nipples.

I used these with my first born and bought them now again since I'm giving birth in a few weeks. They are so soothing after breastfeeding or even pumping. A little pricey which is a shame since they are very addictive.
