Q: Can we use this in summer for Indian climate?

This is a strawberry scented moisturiser not sun protection. If you want to use it as a moisturiser and you were worried about the heat you could keep it in the fridge.

There is no expiry date for the Body shop products once you open them there is a use date within 12 -18 months.

Q: can you use it on your face please?

Hi. The difference between body butter and body lotion is the consistency. Lotions feel lighter and have more water content, containing less concentrated oils. Whereas Body Butters, which are infused with oils, feel thicker and a lot richer on the skin. The primary distinction between the skin on your face and everywhere else is thickness. (And even among body parts, there’s variation.) and the that the skin on your face is thinner than the rest of your body, with the periorbital skin around your eyes among the thinnest. According to Healthline, your face contains the highest concentration of sebaceous glands. Those glands are responsible for producing oil, the amount of which can be dependent upon hormone changes and environmental conditions. Your thin, gland-abundant face is far more sensitive and fickle than your body so it's not advisable to use a body moisturiser with a face moisturiser unless it says in the packaging. As always with any skincare product, always do a skin patch test first. I hope this helps.
