I love the way CoQ10 works in my system. I take a high amount, 600, but I also take 2 am and 2 pm. So that is quite a big dosage each day. I like supplements in capsule form so that I can dump the contents in juice and toss the "plastic." The potency on these is so high that I use about 1/3 capsule per day and then just close it for use the following day. I will definitely purchase again and recommend this product. This is the condition of the box when i opened it. So disgusting. Will never purchase again.

I'm posting a review because I cannot return the item. About 50 pills in the Bootle are either empty or something look wrong with them. Now I feel unsafe to take the rest.
