Weightlifting Belt, Olympic Lifting, For Men and Women, 6 Inches, Back Support For Lifting

Really impressed with my Fire Team Fit Weightlifting Belt, I'm not a superfit athlete, I'm not a bodybuilder, I'm a mum in the suburbs who enjoys going to the gym but unfortunately has a few lumbar issues (too many squats and lunges over the years). This belt is amazing, it's really helped with my lower back issues, I notice the difference when doing squats, lunges and deadlifts. I bought a small, but really should have got an extra small, but it works perfectly, I have it super tight to give me upmost support. The velcro is very tough and doesn't move. I got the pink one as I wanted something feminine, I get loads of positive comments from the gym from both men and women. Would recommend this to anyone, and definitely use this company again as very impressed with the prompt delivery and customer service.

I bought this belt to give tight fitting support to the lower back area during moderate heavy lifting, and it’s fantastic. I would not use it for heavy power lifting. In my opinion, that’s not what it is for. A different belt could be used for that. The belt is very comfortable and can be worn during a full workout. The Velcro works well and the addition of a buckle makes the difference in keeping a tight fit. Careful on sizing. I’m 34” measured above my waist and a medium fits fine. I think a small would also fit. It depends on how tight you want to make it. Quality is good and it does the job it was made for very well. I’d recommend it for moderate heavy workouts.

Belt seems to do the job, comfortable and sturdy. I had a few issues: Follow their Sizing on the page carefully. Do Not go by your normal waist size as I did, Measure around your belly button. I am a size 30 waist in trousers but in this belt a 32 which is a Size Medium. I contacted them to return the belt which was a size Small & received a free replacement of my correct size Medium. However I only just got round to using it the belt the other day and noticed before using it at the gym that it had ripped on the inside along the seam. I used it regardless as I needed a belt that day for Deadlifts and had no alternative. I Sent a message on a whim stating ripped seam and they have just sent me another one Free of charge! I found this company to have excellent customer service and understanding.

I've only used the belt a couple of times since purchasing it. It's very comfortable and easy to take on and off. I don't lift a massive amount of weight - I normally stay around 75-90% bodyweight for the squat and 150% for the deadlift - so I don't know if it would be suitable for people who are looking to lift huge weights. It adds stability and support when squatting and deadlifting, although you do have to be able to breathe correctly before using the belt, it won't do all the work for you.

I cannot recommend Fire Team Fit highly enough! I recently ordered the weightlifting belt but unfortunately the delivery went missing. I then reported it to Amazon and they are processing the refund. I really wanted this product though so knowing I was being refunded, I reordered it a few days ago. Unfortunately this time, I ordered the wrong size and it was too small when it arrived! Mario responded to my email very quickly and kindly offered to send the larger belt at no cost to apologise for the first delivery issue - plus, I was allowed to keep the wrong sized one. I actually gave it to a friend earlier, and it fits her perfectly! The belt is superb - very lightweight with lots of padding around the back. It seems pretty robust too and the metallic grey is a great colour. Absolutely flawless customer care and I am genuinely shocked! Service of this level is a rarity these days. Will definitely be ordering from you again. Well done guys!

Quite a flexible belt with what seems like a strong velcro. Would I trust it for full support on a heavy lift I would have to say not really. I prefer my old leather belt.

I bought this belt following reviews from a number of sites for use primarily during all my weights exercises. Had a few back injuries so needed something that was both comfortable to wear and very supportive. Have used this product twice so far and it is very comfortable to wear, fits well, allows manoeuvrability during workouts and is very supportive. How long the belt will last only time will tell, but it does come with the peace of mind of a lifetime guarantee.

Hello Fire Team... I’m sure all would’ve been well with the Back Support Belt that I purchased from you a week ago. I’m quite sure that it would’ve been Sturdy, Supportive and did all of the things that it says it does on the Tin and more, and on top of all that...It looks “Great”!! I say...”It Would’ve Been” because I ordered the wrong size, so therefore cannot use it. “Well...Why Don’t You Send It Back” I hear you say, which is a very valid, normal thing to say, but being the idiot that I am, I’ve thrown “All” the original packaging away and got rid of all my order details, the whole nine yards...All gone.!!! So I was either going to just give it away, sell it or even just throw it out, haven’t really decided yet.!! Anyway...My Bad.!!! La calidad del producto es buena, llegó sin problemas, lleva más de un año usándola y no ha sufrido grandes daños, el único detalle es que yo en México normalmente soy talla mediana y la faja apenas me ajustó (me quedó grande) entonces yo recomendaría una talla abajo en todo caso

Yes this is a great belt for the price. Adjustable waist allows you to get a really tight fit when you need it Thicker in back and shorter in front makes it very comfortable when doing any kind of movement involving a squat press.Definitely recommend
