Never fails!
Here in Sweden, they don't sell upper lip creams - all are waxes and I've tried them all. They leave my upper lips so swollen the next day (even after ice bags) and in one occasion just before a holiday cruise, the wax even ripped a bit of my skin (note to self, don't wax too fast). When I lived in Australia, I found this product to be very helpful to my upper lip's sensitive skin. I always end up with a clean upper lip in 5 minutes with less work and worries of hurting myself. Having moved back, I just had to find it online and was happy to see it here in Amazon UK. As they say, when you find a product that works - just stay loyal. This product is worth it!

Be careful with use
This stuff will remove hair, but unfortunately it can also cause burns! Even with the right timing of use I have managed to ‘burn’ my skin with it. It isn’t always visible either until a few days later. I do think it’s good for occasional use, but I believe waxing is a safer alternative.

No more scary hairy tash
Let face it we all have a bit of a tash and chin hair. I can cope plucking my chin but the tash is a no go! Since taking steroids it’s multiplied and I needed to take action. I mean who wants to kiss a hairy female lip. It took less than 5 minutes and I’m as smooth as a babies bum! It’s been a few days and no regrowth. This may be the solicitor to my HULA (hairy upper lip alert)

Moisturiser burnt my skin
I used the cream to remove hair on my chin and lower face, it wasn't as effective as my usual cream, but seemed to have worked adequately and was not burning my skin. However when I started to apply the moisturiser, after I had removed the original cream, immediately I could feel my skin burning. I had literally only to covered a small area with the moisturiser and scraped it off and washed my face with water immediately, however it's still left these marks on my face as per the photo and had burnt my skin. The moisturiser is meant to soothe the skin after hair removal and be compatible with the original hair removal cream not create a chemical reaction which could have scarred my face if I hadn't managed to get it off as quickly as I did and thankfully I only covered a tiny area of skin before realising it was burning me! I know you have to test the hair removal cream on a small area but I didn't think for one minute I needed to test the moisturiser! Do not buy do not use the moisturiser!

Effective

The product does the job. However, it is strong for sensitive skin. Do not keep it on your upper lip for more than 2 minutes. It will burn the skin if kept on longer. Also the expiry date is too close. Bought in June 2023 and it expires in October 2023.

Not recommended...very bad experience with the product. I had burning sensation all over my skin and it took around 1 week to recover from that burning marks and also it do not remove the hair smoothly. Waste of money!

good product

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I followed all instructions carefully and since I have sensitive skin, I chose to buy this as it was listed for sensitive skin. It burned my chin completely with just 3-4 minutes of application and didn’t even remove the facial hair properly. Ladies, please opt for Venus blades or laser than hurting your skin using this cream. Amazon, please delist this item if possible.
