Labs Very Finest Fish Oil, Lemon, 700mg, 240 Softgels

After a lot of researching these seem to be the best fish oils for my children ie the proportions o of 3-6-9 seem appropriate however it is difficult with the amount of information out there to define what is right. They are epxensive but most good quality omega oils are. My children are more than happy to have them - they chew them up as the capsules are huge (adult version) without complaining about the taste. (There are no RDAs for omega oils so was happy to give them the adults version - they just have 2 instead of the recommended adult dosage of 5 capsules per day.)

This is my first time using the finest fish oil capsule from carlson.nothing to complaint about .it has fone me good after my second week. I have a clogged artery since on it my sternum not painful and my breathing is not shallow.thank to the person who made a comment on fb about this capsule.i then tell myself to try. I find out it is easy to swallow. A bit high in price. It came from overseas I needed to wait customs clearance. We should have it in uk. For my health £47.00 it is a peace of mind.

I cannot speak highly enough about this excellent product. Brilliant quality and superb value. I will definitely be ordering more soon.

bought these for the first time on recommendation. Easy to swallow and do not taste at all oily. Am on a course at the moment but so far all good.

Big caps, lemon taste

I'm sure this is a good product, but to be honest...like a lot of supplements, I didn't feel any benefits from taking them. Quit pricey too!

Doctors say to eat fish for your health. Why? because the fish oil is very nutrious, Various omegas etc. However, the mercury content of many areas of the ocean are poluted and full of it. Also, what if like me, you do not like fish. Then fish oil is the answer. However, fish oil can also be full of mercury and other contaminants depending on where the fish where caught. Is Carlson's the safest--I don't know, but it is one of the safest as Carlson tests the fish and the fish oil for contaminants including mercury. The capsules are large but they can be swallowed easily with water or juice. The review asks for taste of capsules. I do not know why you would want to bite into them. However, for those souls who do that, they come in lemon and orange flavored oils. I have accidentally bit into one on occasion, lemon, and it did not taste of fish which in my book is a plus.

It was recommended that I take fish oil for my dry eyes. I've only just started taking them but I'm optimistic that these will help. They come highly recommended
