I discovered this brand & hair line while vacationing in Florida 2 years ago, having blond streaks & very fine-fragile hair, a store vendor recommended the Giovanni Avocado line, no regrets, the whole Avovado line works, without making my hair go limp. I am a daily swimmer, even with all the chlorine in the pool & even wearing my swimming cap, i still wash my hair after each swim. it stays shiney soft & smooth, Just like a baby's! the best part that's its organic, so no more build ups or itchiness from chemicals! I even offered them as gifts to family members. when some pools have heavier dose of chlorine, i just dab some on my palm & pass my fingers through before doing my laps for extra protection! PS: I don't own shares or work for this company

Lovely product but you don't get much in the bottle. I have thick afro hair and wanted to use this product as a deep conditioner after a henna treatment. I decided to make this product stretch by mixing it with some olive oil and honey. I then steamed my hair under the hairdryer whilst wearing a plastic cap and my hair felt very soft afterwards.

The bottle is a little small, but the product has fantastic slip, so I'm assuming that makes up for the fact that you don't get much in the bottle (because you don't have to use much). It's a good consistency and detangling is a breeze. The smell is nice and fresh, but not overpowering, and it doesn't linger. It's nice, reasonably-priced and does a good job of leaving my hair feeling soft. Have only tried it once or twice, so can't say for sure it's the best thing ever. But so far I'm happy!

I have 4a 3c 4b thick hair... id say this is more of a protein treatment because my hair went hard the first time but i could detangle my hair with this.. and my hair did feel soft afterwards good stuff

Love this leaves my hair so soft and I have natural Afro Caribbean hair which is thick and its soften it out, would recommend and will be again 😁

i like it.. but I'm not in love with it! I have Afro hair, I found the product to have a nice consistency, my hair did feel softer after washing... but it didn't seem to de-tangle my hair much and the bottle is quite small. I probably would purchase it again though.

Can't live without it. Usually aplyed twice a week for 10min. Also I use champon & conditioner. Keeos my hair soft without damaged ends.

Thick and moisturizing, I only use it when my hair feels dry or once a month. It's really good and I don't regret buying it, but I haven't seen the difference that would make me buy it again in all honesty.
