High Quality Katana For the Price
I was very impressed with this katana, it was far better than I expected for the price. It even comes with a pamphlet about proper katana care and maintenance, as well as a certificate of authenticity that features the date it was made. There is just something I love about blue katanas and this one has the purest blue of any I own; sometimes they lean more towards an indigo hue (which I also love) but this blade appears an entrancing cerulean when held to the light. I planned to use this katana for Iaido if it was balanced and fit well in my hands, and it certainly delivered. The blade itself comes pre-oiled and sharpened, the blade geometry and curvature are more like a blade you'd expect from a higher price bracket, and really show the craftmanship and care that went into its design. The tsuka (handle) is well made and tightly bound giving it a solid grip, I absolutely love this style of tsuba (guard) that is simple, not overly ornate, and balances the sword well. The saya (scabbard) is simple in its design, but is certainly designed well for my purpose; it is a bit tight and makes the sword difficult to draw but I'm sure this will ease up over time. Overall I absolutely love the overall aesthetic and feel to this katana, if you are looking to practice Iaido this sword will serve you well. The simplicity and practicality of the some of the hardware elements may leave something to be desired if you were buying it purely as a display piece, but it all comes down to personal taste, and I think this katana is absolutely tasty!

Worth the Purchase!
Great Sword! Bought for my fiancé as part of his wedding present. I was really unsure how the quality would be and spent a lot of time looking at different ones and their reviews and I can say that purchasing this one over the others was 100% a good decision. Even came with an authenticity card and date made! Very happy with quality.

Groomsman loved it.
What do you do when you promise your groomsman a sword as their groomsman gift and they ask for a katana? First you say, "bro I'm broke af. You sure about that?" And then you go find one in your wedding color. Which led me to this one. A fancy, good looking, color matching katana that fit perfectly. Now, is the groomsman a weeb for asking for this? Maybe. But was he wrong? No. He loves it, which means I'm happy with it. It's a katana, or as close as you can get to one that's mass produced for the public. It looks nice, is comfortable to grip, isn't too heavy, and if it's anything like the one i grew up with, probably a sturdy piece of metal. So what what's the catch? So far this isn't one. It came sharp, which I love. Its full tang. The sheath is wood and has a nice design. If anything, the only downside is that it's not really hand forged. At least, I'm pretty sure it's not. All the hand forged katanas I've seen that are made in Japan are: 1) dummy expensive. 2) have very simple cases. 3) don't have a blood groove. That being said. Both of us are happy with the purchase, and he treats the thing like it's gold. So I have absolutely no issue with it.

Solid purchase.
I was very skeptical about this sword as it was a gift. I didn’t have a lot of money at the time, but I definitely wanted to present something to my fiancé. That said I was completely blown away. The sword is very solid and not too heavy. The blade was extremely sharp. I wouldn’t go out hacking trees with this, but if somebody broke into your house while you were asleep, I think you’ve got them covered.

Purpil Color T10 Katana
This is a beautiful sword, the handle is double pinned, and the wrapping is tight. The weight and balance are good and it came very sharp ( I was surprised how sharp it was. It has a nice 1 or 2 handed grip and feels nice and natural. The blade has a purplish brown color and is very attractive andT10 steel makes it a good value and I intend to buy more of these.
