I've started using the KELO-COTE Silicone Scar Gel, 6g, and while I can't yet speak to the long-term results, my initial impressions are positive. The application is easy, and the gel dries quickly, forming a breathable layer over the skin. My decision to try this product was based on extensive research and numerous positive reviews regarding its effectiveness in improving the appearance of scars, reducing redness, and softening texture. Many sources praise its silicone-based formula as a professional and trusted approach to scar management. I'm optimistic about its potential, given the strong reputation and the good feedback I've read. It feels like a high-quality product designed for serious scar treatment. I look forward to observing the full effects over time, but for now, my initial experience aligns with positive expectations.

I bought this following an ankle surgery and 2 pretty hefty scars. I've applied twice a day, as soon as the scar was no longer scabbed, in a thin layer as advised and it has reduced the appearance of both scars. Even my phsyio was surprised at how well they were healing, and how faded they were after only a few weeks.

I used Kelo-cote about 3 months after surgery to moisturise long scars on my chest that were a little hypertrophic and to help them fade. I used this for 6 months and honestly - didn’t see much difference in fading, hypertrophy or skin texture. In fact, I swapped products and then noticed an immediate difference at last. However, it did help with the dry skin and itching I had been experiencing and it did reassure me that my skin was protected from the sun appropriately during that summer. In fairness it’s hard to know for sure if a product has (or hasn’t) helped scars or if it’s just time and healing doing its thing, especially in the first year. My scars didn’t get bigger or stretch at least while using it and the added moisture likely helped to prevent further hypertrophy. As a product - it dries fairly quickly (within a few minutes), doesn’t leave any weird texture or stickiness issues and was generally easy to apply. A lot more comfortable than scar strips especially in the summer, and it doesn’t seem to be too affected by sweat, it lasts through the day. The tube is small but lasts a long time as you only need a tiny amount per application.

Bought this for my son after he had a massive heart operation, with a scar that runs all down his sternum. I had read from other people that they had developed keloid scars, that caused them further issues, it made sense to try and prevent this. The product is expensive, sure, but you have to use it spread really thinly, so a tiny tube goes a long way: In 4 months, he has used it twice a day, and he's only just finished the 1st tube! Does it work? Hard to say, such big scars take a long time to heal, so... So far, so good, the scar is as nice and healthy as anyone could hope. Fingers crossed 🤞.

Amazing product, I did have a brown scar next to my eye, tried everything, azelaic acid, and lots of products and remedies, nothing worked. 2 weeks of using kelp-cote and my mark started to be flat and getting lighter. Great product. I read that any Gel cream can cause irritation and dryness. I was worried as my skin is so sensitive, so far very good product. Thank you.

Ich verwende die Narbencreme zweimal täglich und sie hilft wirklich bei der Heilung. Meine Narben sind kaum noch sichtbar. So gute Ergebnisse, dass ich sie bereits mehrfach nachbestellt habe. Sehr zufrieden

He utilizado Kelo-Cote UV en varias cicatrices en la nariz. El resultado ideal. No se ven las cicatrices. No queda marca. Es muy bueno.

Prezzo nettamente inferiore rispetto le farmacie. Prodotto utile per cicatrizzare piccole ferite o tagli da post operazione. Non lasci grossi residui ed è trasparente. Tempo di effetto circa 3 settimane.
