I honestly can’t recommend these tablets enough. Since taking these, my periods have been regular every month, my mood swings before my periods are significantly reduced and I don’t get sore breasts or the usual PMS as much. I’m so happy I decided to try these, they’ve honestly improved my life.

To be honest, I stopped taking these after 2 weeks. I broke out too much, and for someone with oily skin, it was difficult to contain! I don't think I took these long enough to give a good review, but I definitely have heard very good things about these tabs if you have irregular cycles - they help regulate them a little better.
