I have to use my bed to use my tablet for light work but a lot for videos and web browsing. I have an iPad Pro 12.5" which is larger than most tablets. I needed a stand which could accommodate this size tablet, but more importantly, allow me to be more comfortable and give me more mobility. It frees up my hands much more and definitely frees up my lap. I can keep the tablet on the stand and not put it on and off to the bed stand or the leftover room on the bed top every time I get up or back in. It is well designed and built. I have a couple of minor issues with it but I would certainly buy it again and recommend it to others. I got the Commercial version because of the additional reach it allows over the bed and also because of the additional height it can be adjusted to. I needed both of those to allow it to work for me. The base is heavy. Very heavy. It needs to be because it has to hold a computer out over something which would flip over anything lighter. This is only an issue when you have to initially move the packing box and assemble it. The packaging is outstanding. Actually some of the best I have seen. There was no damage despite how heavy it was. All the (minimal) parts are individually placed in a heavy duty foam pad over the well packaged base. Putting it together was a breeze. There aren't too many parts and the instructions are easy to follow with good diagrams. A video is available online on how to do the assembly if that helps. This is not your typical "try and find the right screw" or whatever. Every part has its own spot in the foam and is individually wrapped, some in bubble wrap. I was actually very impressed with the packaging after having suffered through so many other products which have been nightmares to assemble. The most important part is how well it works though. The Commercial version has longer extension/adjustment arms which gave me several more inches to put it where I prefer in bed. The additional height makes it easier for me to get in and out of bed with it there. The height is easy to adjust but easier is the arm with the tablet holder which can be rotated in 360 degrees. Putting my iPad (or any other tablet) on the stand is super easy and secure. I can put it with the tablet facing down and it won't fall off. I can make it so I am looking more up or more down or farther or closer. This model was designed and marketed for institutional use so there is a locking key button on the back which locks the holding arms so the tablet can't be removed without the key. I don't need that feature. You can lock the arms in place with a separate latch. I found I did need to order the optional tablet clamps though. The ones which come with the stand will block the screen side camera which is handy for FaceID and/or teleconferencing with video. The optional clamps open the camera space up and also make it easier to have a pencil holder with your case. The stand does not have a pencil holder built in. I was told that I couldn't use my folding case that I already had for my iPad Pro but I did get it to fit with a little fussing. It works fine now. Which brings up a truly unique experience with Levo customer support. I sent an email on a late afternoon (from the West Coast) to customer support with a couple questions and I expected to not hear back until the following Monday morning at the soonest. Surprise - I got an email on Saturday morning. From the "Happiness Manager"! Whose job is to make customer happy with the product. This is the most amazing customer support I have ever seen. And she responded to my second email that day later in the day. I was actually feeling bad that I took some of her weekend time. She gave me the answers I needed and I was truly a Happier Customer. I'm not trying to be too "glowing" with these comments. It is just what happened. If I were an Australian I would say that I was "gobsmacked". I am happy with the stand and would recommend it if you need something like it. I can see where someone might need a slightly different product but it might be hard to find a better one. I needed the extra arm length and stand height for my bed so the other stands they offer wouldn't work for me. For anyone who will use it at a chair or table the other models would be fine. Note: I am not a paid influencer like some of the reviewers (usually with videos) who are compensated for purchases. This is an honest review.

The product is of high quality in manufacture and material. However, the design and its functionality as intended leaves quite a lot to be desired. It is very frustrating to use and ergonomically awkward. The assembly process is unnecessarily challenging; the tolerances on the screws in the fitments are too tight and are making for an unpleasant assembly experience as well. The box that it came in was tough to open. I had to shred an entire side because the glue was so well stuck, and there was no clear opening. I had to use a large knife from my kitchen to open the box alone. The assembly was very challenging because the tolerances of the screws in the fitness were too tight and therefore causing alignment issues Tools are needed to assemble this product, and it should be noted that the arm of the product cannot swivel on its axis only at the elbow hinge. I was not aware of this and fixed arm hinge, and that definitely would’ve affected my choice. also the power cable sticks out of it very awkwardly, making it difficult to fit in certain corners. I’m going to have to find a right angle shaped plug to replace the one that it came with it, so that the cart can fit better in the corners. it appears to me that whoever designed this stand did not spend much time considering how humans are and what they like to do. this product that is technically functional, but incredibly frustrating reassemble. it’s a very expensive product so it should have I think less of a headache involved. I assume that the happy looking couple on their marketing materials have never actually tried to assemble or use their product ever. That said, I haven't been able to find a better iPad stand.

After my previous tablet stand failed, I needed a solid replacement—enter the LEVO G2. It’s sturdy, versatile, and holds the tablet securely. While not cheap, it’s well worth it. Great build quality, thoughtful packaging, and clear instructions.

I nearly tried to save on cost by leaving out the option of the built-in power supply. That would have been a big mistake. I thought the flexible viewing angle would be the most important feature. I wanted to be able to view my tablet while laying on my back. While I do plan to use that in the future, the feature I find myself using every day is the charger. I no longer trip over my cords. Actually, I could use a second charger since I picked up the phone holder also. This is not something you will receive and start using 30 minutes late. It can be assembled with no assistance; but, you really want to have another person available. Allow a couple hours for assembly. I cannot imagine a competing product being better in terms of flexibility and sturdiness. I purchased this based on the recommendation of my cousin who has had no trouble since his purchase. I expect it will last the next 20 years. I would purchase other products from this manufacturer based upon my satisfaction with this product. I urge anyone buying this to include the model with the built in charger. Once you buy this you are not going to want to return it to add the charger - it's just too much inconvenience to box it up and send it back.
