Alternating between these and same brand lozenges keeps my Mrs happy that she can get an undisturbed nights sleep.

These taste disgusting, would’ve put up with the taste if they actually work, which they don’t. Pretty sure they made me snore louder Don’t waste your money on this like I did

Jury is still out but leaning towards it working. This is for my wife who took up snoring for England after the menopause. The motorbike impressions are definitely louder and more expected when these are not taken but they have not gone away entirely :-) Bought as part of a range of solutions but definitely help Wish they were cheaper (don’t we all) but I would say give them a go

For me personally they work. But they do wear off in terms of when you start snoring again. Estimate to work about 6 hours. Been using for months and have proved useful.

Garbage save your money

Day 1, I honestly cannot say whether this has solved any snoring, I suspect not, but old sock flavour. Not sure I can try for day 2.

Did not work at all

Really works! Went on a trip with several people and didn't want my snoring annoying anyone . First thing my daughter said 1st morning was "hey you didn't snore!" My only complaint is they don't taste the greatest but not bad for results
