I have tried several different brands of Iodine supplement in recent times. I take them to support my thyroid function. Unfortunately these particular ones have a very unpleasant smell and taste to them. I can't really blame the maker - it's my fault because I didn't check the ingredients carefully enough (I was too busy checking the active ingredient) it's the star anise oil that's the issue. I won't make the same mistake again.

My alertness seems to have improved since I started taking these.

I normally buy sea kelp from H&B but thought it would be more convenient from Amazon. These are large tablets and have a strong smell and taste of aniseed. Looking at the ingredients it's from star anise. I take a lot of medication and am well able to swallow multiple tablets but these literally make me retch. I shan't buy more once these are done.

It’s been 2 weeks I am taking this medicine ,there has been no side effect As in benefit ,I am yet to discover it completely but one thing I realised that my Metabolism has got better

My mother uses it. She claims that she feels energetic. It does what is says. Price is too high.
