Started taking these with Vitamin D3/ K2 to strengthen bones and for hair loss. My nails are definitely stronger and my hair feels fuller. Think they must be working.

I have had basal thumb pain for a while now, I did some research and decided to try silica tablets. I chose this brand because it is a high strength and fairly natural one. The delivery was speedy which was great. The suggested dosage is 2 tablets daily, I split them into morning and early evening and within a couple of weeks I had great relief from the nagging stiffness and pain in my thumbs. As a huge bonus 5 weeks down the line, I noticed my nails and my hair had grown faster than before, my skin seems more supple and overall I credit it to these great tablets. They contain 200mg of bambusa extract which is awesome. I would totally recommend. Be careful of the cheaper ones out there, they do contain fillers and mainly horse tail extract.

When looking at buying this product I was contemplating between this brand and and another which offered Prime delivery (therefore I wouldn't have to pay the £2+ postage for this product). But I decided I would go ahead and purchase this one as it had a slight edge in other aspects. I am so glad I did! It was delivered within two days which would have been the same as the other prime product, and not only that but it came packed full of free gifts. In particular was this green 5 day pill box! (see attached pics) Its not a cheap looking thing either, very well made and small and secure enough to travel with or take in your handbag. Also included were 2 money off vouchers (£5 and £3) and some publications that were actually very informational.In regards to the Silica tablets, they are working very well as expected so happy with that. I bought them for myself (37yrs) and my mother (61yrs) to take along side taking MSM.I will return and update my review if anything significant changes as its only been a couple of weeks, but so far we are both feeling fantastic.All in all, I am so impressed! You don't see this kind of value anymore. Most companies just want to take your money and don't think it important to set themselves apart in order to encourage repeat purchase and/or word of mouth recommendations.. As a result of seeing how far this company can go to ensure customer satisfaction, I have written this review (my very first on Amazon), I will continue to purchase from them, and I will most certainly make word of mouth recommendations to my friends and family.If you are in two minds, I encourage you to give them a try, you may just be pleasantly surprised and blown away as I am.Stay safe and stay well... This is a wildly premature review. However, I could not resist as the package arrived today, (hence the prematurity of the review as I have not tried to product yet. Rest assured, I will update my review with details of my experience of the product in due course) and what it contains bears mentioning! While it was merely a bottle of pills, the packaging was a sizable box considering the order. Within said box was a lovely plastic pill box from the company as well as catalogues of the company’s other products with suggested uses. While I am in no way an impulse buyer, the effort put into the presentation of the purchased product and greeting from the company which also included a voucher for £5 off a future purchase (when you spend £15), certainly makes one feel appreciated and inspires one to make a immediate purchase. I have not done so. However, such salesmanship deserves recognition.Way to go, on capturing a customer! Something tells me Nature’s Best will be where I visit next when in need of a supplement. Kudos indeed.

Delivery speed was average. Packaging good. Easy to swallow and digest. Average price. Natirers best is s good quality brand. However, 20mg is a very low strength and found after a fortnight of daoly consistent use it didnt really help solve my facial acne blind spots bumps and blemishes on chin. Disappointed and a waste of £14.99
