I'm looking at the 'Winter Sonata' pendant necklace from Ninasun. It arrived in a nice black presentation box embossed with the Ninasun logo and gold inlay. Inside the box is the necklace mounted on a black velvet feel card and a small cleaning cloth. First impressions were excellent. This pendant necklace is very simple in design. It consists of a single Swarovski crystal and a sterling silver chain. The crystal is elliptical with a hole through the centre where the chain runs through. The crystal is multifaceted and reflects light in many colours even under poor lighting conditions. In bright light it positively glimmers. It should match just about any outfit as it will adapt to the colours the lady is wearing. Size wise, it measures about half an inch (1.2cm) at its maximum diameter. The chain has fine links. It can be adjusted from around 45cm to 51cm in length. Its made from 925 sterling silver hence the purpose of the little cleaning cloth. Sterling silver has a small amount of other metals added to the silver to give it strength. This also helps to stop oxidisation (or tarnishing) of the silver and usually a little wipe with the cloth will restore the natural shine of the silver. The best part of this lovely necklace is the price. Its just £18.99, at this moment in time, which is excellent value in my opinion. I hope you found my review helpful.

I would have given 5stars if the presentation-box and wrapping hadn't arrived in bits. Package was open at one end and box was in bits. The item inside.. undamaged and beautiful.

Really pretty sparkly stone which is a decent size. It's not the best chain in the world but I didn't expect it to be for the price.

Put it on the day it arrived - have not taken it off! Provides a nice little bit of interest and sparkle without being OTT. Sits in just the right place on my neck. Recommended!

This is not as advertised!! It is not the size of a Euro coin!! It looks really cheap (almost childlike ) and the chain is too flimsy and delicate... not one person has made a complimentary comment about this item as it is totally non-descript!
