Seems to be effective and easy to use

During warm weather, a sports HRM works fine because even a little bit of light perspiration gets the sensors working well. Perhaps splash the belt with water to get it started (or lick it), and away you go. But it's winter right now, and on a short run - even well dressed up - I rarely generate enough perspiration, and the splash of water has evaporated within minutes. So I've been using electrode gel for many years in winter. I have two HRM in regular use (Polar H7, Wahoo Tickr X) and both benefit from it. It washes off easily too. Yes HRM belts need regular washing. I'm trying out this adhesive gel in case it's even better, as HRM belts can slip during use. I'll let everyone know

Very good product. Someone said in their review that the gel prevents the pads from adhering but I clean both the skin and pads with antiseptic wipe and allow them to dry naturally. Absolutely no problem with the pads staying in place. The pads I used already had around 15 hours of use. I usually use microphone to keep older pads in place but using the gel, I didn't need the microphone.

Poor quality not sticky enough to hold pads

I didn't believe reviews that this can help so well. I was completely wrong. This isn't a sticky adhesive when you feel it yet it completely sticks your tens pads to you like magic. It's like my tens pads are new again. Not only does it keep the pads in place but it completely enhances the effects of my tens machine. Makes the current output so much more intense which is fab for my severe back pain. There's plenty of gel in each tube and the fact that you get 2 tubes with this purchase is fab. Absolute bargain compared to other gels I've seen online. Highly recommend this gel.

I used this directly onto the skin and found it works well without the gel patches I have as their done and couldn't find any replacement pads for my Gym Form 6 pack. I read a lot of views comments and decided to try this directly on skin and was so amazed with the workout and never burned my skin and it felt so comfortable as I got on with my everyday work. The product is good no complaints from me and will buy this Conductive adhesive Electro Gel again as you just need a small amount to cover your 6 pack and leave it. Great for the price and will always use this Company or seller from now on and thanks to the sell for sending it out fast as I did not need to wait long as I ordered it on Friday got it on Monday not bad at all thank you also to Amazon Customers for advice.
