Carlsbro CSD130 Digital Drum Kit, CSD130XXX

Used to be a drummer years ago, wanted some thing to play on that would not upset the neighbours to much as I have retired and fancied playing again just for own pleasure. Always a bit weary about electric drums, but I am now proved wrong. These are good for any one wanting to learn or practice in the house. What attracted me to these was the fact the snare was placed in the right position, unlike some others. Out of the box, it was easy assembled with some time and care. Wires all plugged in, headphones in, power on, and wow. I have tried them for a couple of days now and I must say the range of kits are great, the sound is spot on and the response time of the pads are superb. It's taking me a little time to get everything where I feel comfortable as you would do with any kit, but now it's full steam ahead for hours of enjoyment. I really like the design of the bass peddle, and hi-hat peddle, magic. Response of the two match any I have played in the past. I am looking forward to using these for many years hopefully, and putting tracks down with a guitar. Old fart rocker very happy, animalllllll.

Set these up. The instructions aren't great and there was a bit of guess work in the cabling, but all in all, they are fit for purpose. At this price-point, they are a good set for practising at home. They sound good through a decent set of headphones (not provided), but a little tinny through a practice amp. Ideal for a first set and if you get serious, upgrade to a £500 kit such as Roland.

bit tricky to set up but got there in half an hour. its brilliant, I'm not a drummer...yet, but after a hour I got to play against the pre programed tunes and it was very satisfying, it sounds very good and realistic. and after you use it, it all folds away nice and neatly. excellent value.

First to go was the rim shot on the snare drum, loose connection on the kick drum and now the hit hat symbol has fallen apart at the bit where it is held up on the kit. Its ready to be binned. Do not buy... I was super happy with it at the beginning sounds were cool, no issues setting up straight forward actually, but now pretty much rendered useless and cannot find replacement parts. Please save your money wont be buying carlsbro stuff again sadly.

This was a perfect Birthday present for my 30 year old partner who has longed to get back into drumming. The sound is great and it’s fairly easy to put together, it’s worth paying that little bit more for this kit rather than the cheaper flimsy ones, the pads on this are in the correct position to play also.

Like others the top left cymbal was not working upon setting it up. I emailed the manufacturer and waited a month but never even got a reply. Terrible service. You need to send the whole thing back to Amazon if one bit is faulty in order to get a replacement but it is a bulky item and almost impossible to repack.

I brought this for my 9 yr old and myself. its a perfect starter kit. it's an entry level kit so you get what you pay for so don't expect super clean drum sounds and endless kit variations. the pads don't respond well to light hits rising to hitting them hard i.e. sound intensity. the kits easy to assemble and sturdy and easy to operate. buy this if your a beginner

No la recomendaría para aprender a tocar, ya que es un tanto complicada de configurar la primera vez, pero definitivamente cubre lo que uno espera por una Batería Electrónica en este rango de precio. La compramos para transmitir desde una iglesia más fácilmente, cambiando de Batería normal a esta, y funciona muy bien para el uso que le damos.

Ich habe mir das Carlsbro csd130 Digital Drum Kit für unterwegs gekauft da ich mein großes e drum kit zuhause lassen kann. Am Anfang war ich skeptisch aber jetzt super zufrieden. Es ist meiner Meinung nach vom Aufbau her ein bisschen wie das Roland TD-4KP. Es ist kompakt zusammen legen bar. Die Pads sind Anschlagdynamisch, das Snare Pad ist stereo (also auch Rimshot) und das Crash und Ride Becken ist abstopbar. Das Modul hat alle wichtigen Anschlüsse und die abgespeichwrten Sounds sind meiner Meinung nach top. Das Bass drum Pedal ist mit Kettenzug. Also alles in allem eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Nir eines muss ich kos werden. Wie ich es geliefert bekommen habe, war das Netzteil ein Englisches. ...also bitte vergewissern ob man einen Adapter braucht. Mein Fazit......Preis/Leistung top.....5 Sterne mit sehr gutem Gewissen vergeben !

67 years old. Too young to die. Too old to rock and rock and roll! I think not. I haven't played a set in over 35 years ago. I was not expecting much,but this inexpensive drum kit with a lot better sound and ease of use, surpassed my expectations. My only concern is what will last longer the drums or me! Assembly quick and quality good! Bang for your bucks, makes me "Wanna bang on my drums all day"

For the money, it's a great kit. I'm genuinely impressed by the sound quality and the build quality of the pads. The hardware is pretty solid, too. If I had one complaint, it's that when setting custom kits, this unit does not save the volume level that you have set for individual pads. It remembers your trigger voicings, but frustratingly the volumes will all be reset to default when you power off.

Just got it yesterday, going to list the pros n cons Pros : 1. Really space efficient 2. Has a good sound quality 3. Easy to set up Cons: 1. Snare drum misfires and yes one may hit it lightly but to tackle that you can assign same sound to rimshot and snare. 2. High Hats and toms should've been more spaced out. So, if you are low on budget but want a good starter electronic kit, I'll highly recommend this.
