Good kit and very good value
Although I believe this to be quite an old kit it is still very good and very good value. More up to date tooling are at least 50% more expensive than this. Everything fitted very well and I encounted no problems. In addition to the tank you get six figures and a little cart to practice figure painting on. Overall really good value for money

Excellent Tamiya
Everything went together really well, despite this being of late 1970s vintage. Works well with the British Infantry group, also from Tamiya. Even the tracks cement easily and stay together despite a wee bit of stretching needed to get them on the wheels. You could motorise it if you had a mind to. I normally build aircraft and ships, but this was a pleasant change.

A Great Kit Despite the Age. Bargain.
A brilliant quality kit despite it's age (1977 release). Required a bit of sanding but fit like a dream when compared with most modern airfix and revell kits. Also came with more soldiers than shown in the picture (6 total). The only downsides with this kit is the 2 part gun barrel which does require some work to lose the seam (although I have seen aluminium ones online) and the rubber tracks which will require a bit of fiddling to fit. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Churchill for their collection. No completed pics to hand but see attached for work in progress.

The first model tank that i've made that the tracks were easy to put on !!!!!
Well done Tamiya , good price , fairly easy to build , still had to be creative at times to get things to fit ( could be my fault ? ), agree with other gentleman regarding the two piece barrel, spoils the appearance a wee bit , but a;ll in all , a fine looking model once you've paited , weathered and distressed it . Happy. Tamiya rules !

A very good kit, straightforward and well engineered with good fit and detail producing a satisfactory museum quality reproduction of the real thing. Neither too easy nor too hard to build. Excellent fit.
