Where do I even begin.. this is the best experience I have had on any website ever, I had an issue with an order and this seller not only communicated very well and quickly but they fixed it super fast. Then as you can see in the pictures I received a perfect Demi doll. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service and doll I received, I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone. They actually care about their customers and are willing to do anything to make sure the customer is totally satisfied with their purchase which is so rare to find these days. The pictures speak for themselves this doll is so beautiful and was packed really well and came with 0 dents on the box inside and out. The price is also amazing for these, I will continue to shop with them from now on and will recommend them to anyone! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this doll!! Everything about her including her skin is extremely unique. The wing straps on mine are abit too loose. But oh how beautiful they are! They are fairly delicate so I'd recommend for older children. None of my Costume Ball dolls came with the white protection bag. The only doll I didn't purchase was the purple one. (For the life of me I cannot remember her name atm! I am ashamed lol) This doll is pure fantasy from head to toe, and BEYOND gorgeous!! Everything from her hair to her body quality is perfect. And her dress.. She actually comes with a cage skirt! With bows on it no less. The box itself is a beautiful piece of art. I like that its designed to be opened or closed with velcro pieces. Worth every single penny. I love this collection aside from the one doll. So very well executed and definitely cannot recommend highly enough. Hope this helps..

I got a wonderful Demi. She is much prettier in person than on camera or in stock photos. Her hair out of box is soft! I didn't have to wash her hair straight away like I usually do. I love the small details of these dolls: Demi has nails and jewelry on her fingers, the small SH on some items are adorable, and the fact her cloak has a pretty pattern on the inside. Given that most Wal-Marts don't even carry the Costume Ball dolls anymore I do believe that this is the best price for them if you're wanting complete in box dolls.

Arrived fast and the box arrived in perfect condition because it was shipped in a box protected by bubble wrap. The quality is top notch for this doll line. Lola Wilde is no exception! With her curly pink hair held back with the cutest cat eared hair band, her long lashes, super-long pink nails, and adorable pink freckles. She even has rings on her fingers! This is my first for the Costume Ball series but to get the other girls in the series soon and they will remain in their original boxes. Unlike all my other Shadow High dolls that are out of their box. This series deserves special treatment.

Beautiful doll, good price, and fast shipping. However, packaging was terrible. They sent this in bag, so the box arrived destroyed, and doll almost out of it. If you collect in box, this is a nightmare, since you will have to unbox it however. The wings also took a hit, but luckily they did not break. Taking a couple of stars from this particular seller (not amazon), since packaging was careless and almost cause an issue with the product.

She is so freaking pretty! Under her chin she has a dark staining which isn't too bad but I am scared it is mold! I hope it isn't mold as I would hate to get rid of her. I'm not sure how I would go about testing to see if it is mold or not so I'm just crossing my fingers. I love her outfit. I wish she came with little painted fangs but obviously it's just a "costume". Her bangs came a little messed up & I'm not sure how to put them back down but they aren't too messed up. I love her molded jewelry. She has basically the same earrings as Harley Limestone (the singer green girl) but I'm not too mad about it it's just something I noticed because I have them both.

This doll could not be any more beautiful. Her hair is a soft nylon in tight bouncy curls. The details on this doll are just amazing. From the top of her head with her little werewolf ears to her pink fluffy costume to the bottom of her shoes that match the outfit perfectly. The quality of these dolls is again unmatched. Everything is well finished and she is absolutely worth every single penny. The accessories she comes with are her earrings, a matching comb and a matching stand.

Very beautiful doll , I thought her wing strap was broken in the box, but it goes back on easily, it is velcro. Package was damaged a little even tho it was packed well?

I love her a lot! She’s so stunning but the only problem I have with her, is her hair. But that’s an easy fix with boil wash. The shipping was super fast came earlier than expected!

They have attached her hat right near her eye brow. So when I took the hat off - I was left with a big hole in her head. Manufacturers fault but still.. not happy.
