Q: I see it contains retinyl palmitate. I thought this was an ingredient that you had to be careful of?

Just googled this and from a quick look that ingredient is vitamin A and the warning on what I read was that vit A can increase the chances of skin cancer if added to sun cream. They said it was widely used in creams.

Q: What colour is the actual liquid? Is it green or white?

It's white. I use it a lot and it's excellent.
