Great
High recommended, cheap but works like the expensive one.

Cheap, effective, OPKs a must have for TTC!
We'll be trying for another baby really soon so I've stocked up on these. Compared with the cost of ovulation predictor kits that can be found in supermarkets, One Step OPKs are such great value for money. I use Glow app to track my fertility. I start using these sticks on the run up to my predicted ovulation. Unlike a pregnancy test, the best time to take an OPK test is in the afternoon. Just hold the stick in urine for over 10 seconds for a quick result. Don't forget, OPKs don't work like a pregnancy test, where even a faint line is a positive. If the line is faint, it's most definitely a negative. I made this mistake at first. I see a faint line several days in the month. This is caused by a LH (luteinising hormone) surge that can happen in your cycle around the time of ovulation.

Very effective...once you realise what a positive looks like!
After coming off the pill a few months ago to try for a baby, I've had quite long cycles, so decided to use ovulation tests and charting to try and pinpoint ovulation. They arrived quickly and in a plain envelope that went through the letter box. After trying the one step tests for several days, I thought they weren't working and was getting fed up...It always seemed to be nearly as dark as the control line but not quite and I spent ages analysing whether it was a positive or not. Then one day the test line came up almost straight away, just before the control line and went dark very quickly- ah now that's what a positive looks like! I also chart my temperature as well, to confirm that ovulation did happen (some people can get a positive without ovulating, especially with PCOS). I've tried the clear blue digital dual hormone test but that was too expensive to use if you have a long or irregular cycle and seem wasteful with all the plastic holders, I much prefer the one step cheapies as you can use them freely over may days without worrying about cost so much. It is best not to test first thing in the morning as the LH surge usually happens in the morning and therefore is not detected in the urine until some hours later so mid afternoon -early evening is usually recommended. The only slight downside is that they are 'pee in a pot' test and not a 'pee on a stick' test, which is not always the most convenient. I'm not pregnant yet but will continue to use these in my ttc efforts as they are cheap and effective.

These are very accurate.
I actually got pregnant using these after the second month of using them! Instead of following an ovulation tracker on my phone I decided to use these instead. Test each day in a week window after your period. Simple easy design to use. If two lines appear you are ovulating! Great price for how many you get!

Not bad but there's better
Not bad for the price but not the most clear results, Easy@Home are far superior I think, as someone who has used LH tests for years. I found these ok and fairly indicative but too prone to dye running and taking forever to settle by which point the results were invalid.

Challenging to Use - Not My First Choice
I recently tried out these ovulation tests, and I have to admit, they weren't exactly what I was hoping for. The idea of monitoring ovulation is crucial for those trying to conceive, but this particular product left me less than impressed. One of the major drawbacks of these ovulation tests is the process itself. To use them, you have to pee in a cup and then wait for the results. I found this method to be rather impractical and inconvenient. First of all, peeing in a cup isn't the most pleasant experience, and it's far from being a hygienic or comfortable way to collect a sample. Moreover, waiting for the results was a bit of a hassle, and I couldn't help but think there must be simpler and more user-friendly alternatives available on the market. The complexity of the process, in my opinion, is a significant downside. When you're already dealing with the emotional and physical challenges that come with trying to conceive, a more straightforward and convenient method would be greatly appreciated. These tests just didn't fit the bill in that regard. While I understand that ovulation tests are an important tool for many people, and they may work well for some, I personally found this particular product to be too cumbersome to incorporate into my routine. I'm on the lookout for a more user-friendly and practical option that aligns better with my needs. In conclusion, if you're considering ovulation tests, you might want to explore other brands or types that offer a more convenient and comfortable testing process. While these tests may work for some, they didn't meet my expectations, and I'm actively seeking a better solution.
