Hawaiian Tropic After Sun Body Butter White, 200 ml

This is a great aftersun product which I use every time I go away. It smells great and has a lovely thick texture but sinks into the skin quickly. If I have any patches that have gone a little red during the day, after using Hawaiian tropic this is back to normal by the morning. It can sting a little when applied to your face if you have been in the sun all day and in and out of water but leaves skin lovely and smooth if you push through the sting! I use this product for a long time after returning from holiday to maintain the tan as long as possible, 1 pot last me approximately a week of all body applications so I get one to take away and one to use when I get back. This is a great price too as it is normally £10 a pot on the high street!

I'm not often a person that gets to go in the sun so because i had the time to with this lovely weather, i did and unfortunately, i burned. I panicked, i didn't know what products to use, didn't know how long the redness would last and this caught my eye, more for the scent than anything (which is divine, i smelled like coconut for over 24 hours) and it's moisturising properties cause i hate flaky skin on myself. I applied this and majority of the redness left over night, two days and I've been left with a glowing tan because this moisturised as well as cooled. It feels almost silicon-ish to touch after you've applied it but when it's sunk in, your skin will feel smoother than silk, would buy again and recommend to everyone who's suffered from the sun or even just wants a really deep moisturizer!

This is my first time using Hawaiian Tropic products, I purchased this body body butter along with their tanning oil in 'Rich SPF 4'. I've used a few body butters before but usually find them too greasy or they sit on top of my skin and in turn every little bit of dust, dirt and whatever else I come into contact with, sticks to me. I am thrilled with this product. I initially bought after reading other peoples glowing reviews on this product. Not only have I been using it as an after sun, Ive been using it straight out of the shower also. Living in Spain skin care, especially in the summer, is very important and I have yet to come across a butter/moisturizer or any skin cream for that matter that I rate as highly as this. Despite other reviews, I am able to apply this near enough straight after shaving my legs with no issues of irritation, stinging or rashes. It's absorbed into your skin very quickly, you are able to butter up go about your usual business, after around 5 minutes there is no excess left at all, your skin is dry to the touch and feels incredibly soft and supple. I was also curious about the smell after reading many rave reviews. I can confirm this smells amazing! A lovely coconut smell which when applied in the morning, I can still smell it on myself come when I get into bed that night. The smell really does last and I have had many compliments already, I have been recommending this left, right and center! Downsides? Well, I'm going to need more soon!

I absolutely love this product.... I originally saw it in a shop on the high street and I am glad I searched on here as it was half the price!!! Bargain!! This body butter smells heavenly..... amazing tropical scent! I use it after I have been sunbathing with Hawaiian Tropic SPF8 Protective Dry Spray Oil on. It is moisturising and sinks into the skin without leaving an oily layer.... perfect! The smell lasts for hours! I am sure this has helped to preserve my tan! I haven't burnt yet (fingers crossed I won't) so I haven't used this on burnt skin, however, my Scottish partner who has skin of the lily white shades has burnt multiple times in the last few months and has had to 'borrow' my after sun. Although I am sure it was very soothing.... i'm sure he just loves the smell haha!!

I love the scent and the texture of the product however it did sting slightly. This is probably because I have sensitive skin but overall a nice product and good price.

Will never use another after sun

This is a nice moisturising cream with a tropical scent to it. I took it on holiday and put in on after my shower, it is a good cream however it isn't an "aftersun". It doesn't have the cooling effect of an actual aftersun that you'd put on after too much time in the sun, I wouldn't put this on burnt skin either as I think it would sting it. It is a nice cream that definitely has a holiday smell to it but if you're after an actual aftersun don't buy this.

Although a bit more expensive then generic after sun, it feels great on the skin and smells delightful! Can be used as a soothing body butter after sun exposure or in general.

Melhor creme da vida

No estoy segura si el producto es original o simplemente cambio la presentación y textura.. el bote es similar al de la imagen pero NO el mismo y la crema huele rico y se siente bien pero lo que me hace dudar de la veracidad es que ya antes había comprado este producto en Walmart y la textura era como si agarraras mantequilla, este producto se siente como mayonesa. Aún así le doy 5 estrellas porque el olor es agradable e hice prueba en la piel y no causó ningún tipo de irritación.

Ich habe diese Après-sun Creme schon seit einiger Zeit. War bisher immer sehr zufrieden damit, da sich die Creme leicht verteilen ließ und schnell eingezogen ist. Anscheinend wurde hier jetzt die Rezeptur etwas verändert, was dazu führt, dass sie sich nicht mehr so schön verteilen lässt und es auch länger dauert, bis die Creme endlich eingezogen ist. Deswegen nur 4 Sterne.

Love this. Have purchased before, then purchased as a gift for one of my bosses cause they kept using mine!

Bought back in July and then again October and they seem to get smaller. I do like the product a lot and it makes my skin smooth and tan seems to stay longer.
