Higher Nature - Omega 3 1000mg Fish Oil Capsules - Eye Health & Brain - 180mg EPA - 120mg DHA - 180 Capsules

These Fish Oil capsules seem to be of good quality (by what criteria to judge, I don't know) but the capsules are easy to swallow, do not all melt together and the bottle is sturdy. Not much else to say

I bought fish oil of this particular brand because it has got high amount of EPA and DHA per tablet. It is actually this amount and not really the overall omega mg amount that is important since we should take a min of 450mg EPA and DHA (combined) daily. I take it for stomach ulcers and joints as fish oil is anti-inflammatory. I have not had any joint problems ever since and the ulcers seem to be better. It was also excellent price vs amount. I would definitely buy this again.

Only just started taking them. They are big but that isn't a problem. The issue for me personally is that they are very hard rather than a soft gel capsule.

Amazing produce- great value, also not extra added vitamins which means you can take in high doses and be safe. Also the product is tested for pollutants. I take 6 capsules a day (the label advises 1-3, though there is no real upper limit in terms of safety) and I have noticed my skin is not as dry and my mood definitely seems more stable/less anxious. Arrived on time and swiftly.

I ordered a jar of 180 capsules. As I take two a day, this is 3 months worth. It arrived today and the best before date is end 01/2025. Also, as people tend to order their regular supplements before the previous pack or jar runs out, to ensure continuity, I have some of the last pot still to take. So I'll be finishing the new jar more than a month after its expiry date. Nowhere on the site details for this product does it give the expiry date, so far as I can see. This is a good product and I've been using it for years but but this short use-by date for such a large pot is unsatisfactory.

These seem to be a good product, they are quite reasonably priced for a sustainable source of Omega 3 high in EPA and DHA. I have found them easy to take with no after taste and no stomach upsets.
