They do the trick

Largely depends on what your amount of Vit D requirements are. This particular amount suits as larger quantity has caused problems with reactons.

I bought these for my husband and myself to take as we haven’t seen the sun for ages, they have definitely helped as we are both feeling and sleeping better. I chose these particular vitamin D supplements as they are the recommended NHS dosage.
