Quality and value for money
Tablet was very effective.and I used from last 1 month. But not regularly, helps for digestive system. I think for me Best time to take is before bed with Luke warm milk.

I never liked the powdered form of triphala. This product is awesome as it is very easy to take and had wonderful results.
