I've only had these weights a couple of weeks but already I feel I am keeping the weight in better. It was nice and easy to find my starter weight and everything is explained in the leaflet you get with your weights. They come packaged in a nice box and have a separate little bag to keep the weight you're using in, which I thought was a really nice and discreet touch. The weights themselves are colour coded-the lighter the colour the lighter the weight. They are nice and easy to clean with no seams and a smooth finish. This is the first time I've considered using anything like this and I did have a good look around and read a lot of reviews. When I saw these weights I liked the look of them and did think they were more expensive then the others but there is normally a reason for that and that is the high quality and customer support you get with intimate rose. There were a lot of tester people reviews on this product which always makes me a bit dubious tbh, but I'm glad I went ahead anyway because they are great. After having a child two years ago and making little to no effort with pelvic floor exercises I thought it was high time I get amongst looking after myself down there. I use my weight in the morning when getting ready for work and then when I shower in the evening for 15 minutes at a time, I can't wait to see my progress getting better and better. Bottom line I would definitely recommend to friend infact I have.

Having finally realised that my too frequent 'loo stop' urge needed tackling, I did loads of online research to find a good pelvic floor muscles exerciser. I've now been using these weights for a week and already feel they are starting to make a difference - both physically and with the mental boost I now have that I am taking back control and improving my day2day lifestyle. This is a really elegant product & high quality both in finish and design - comes with good instructions and online support (if you require more assistance). Really easy to use and maintain. I am delighted with my purchase and can unreservedly recommend this product - which I paid full price for with NO requirement to post this review; if, like me, you feel your 'bladder control' could do with improving then this product is well worth trying.

I purchased these Kegel balls a few times honestly just for the biggest weight so in reality I wish they sold them individually because some of them are just too big without being heavy. However they are nice and heavier than many on the market and the shape is ideal for sliding it right in. Overall I would recommend but be conscious of the amount of balls in there you may not use.

It is relatively early days for my review but I have been using this product for nearly three weeks now and I can honestly say that I feel more hopeful than at any time in recent years. Having read other reviews I turned to this in near desperation and I am SO glad I did. Although I have had physio help in the past and tried to do the pelvic floor exercises I always struggled with them but this system is so intuitive, it helps you to use the right muscles and to build up at completely the pace which is right for you. It is also very easy to build into the daily routine so that you can keep it up. The weights are designed for comfort and make you feel more feminine if, like me, you find these difficulties make you feel less than good about yourself. I would not have believed that I would find so much improvement in such a short space of time. The support of the seller has also been incredible and helped me to get the very best out of the product. I obviously can't speak to the long-term effects at this time, but as I say, I am so hopeful!

Bought these weights a few weeks back , I have looked at reviews of others and these had the best reviews and were better value for money . The package came on time and was well wrapped . The weights are in a nice feminine box , discreet and with a nice pouch for use if travelling etc. The weights are silky smooth silicone ,no odour as you sometimes find and no ridges so easier to keep clean and fresh . There is enclosed a booklet telling you how to use the system and clean them etc. There are six progressive weights and advice on where to start and how to get the best from the system . I am at present using this advise to keep me right . I would recommend this product and know it will make a big difference to me .

I'm really pleased with this product. They arrived very quickly with minimal packaging, in a discrete, hard wearing box. I was a bit worried before I got the weights, that they might be uncomfortable or scratchy, difficult to use or to get out again once I had put them in! However they are really easy to insert and are completely smooth so really comfortable to use and easy to pull out! They are also easy to clean as they have no edges. I have a 4 month old baby so I started on the ivory weight which took me a few times to keep in - I had to build up to the 15 mins. I'm really pleased with the results so far as I wasn't getting anywhere by just doing pelvic floor exercises alone. I have also found it really easy to fit into my morning and evening routine. Very happy and looking forward to having an uber efficeint pelvic floor!!

How can the manufacturer allow a refund on such an intimate product? It is awful, what if someone gets an STD because they got a refunded product!!!! If you go in a shop and buy an underwear, and then you change your mind, you will never be refunded for an intimate product, this is a request to the supplier, please do not allow refunds on this product, you may land in a serious legal dispute. I have just only started using it, however, just into two days, I have developed pelvic pain, bloating and discomfort. Now I am worried if I used anyone's returned product, because even if you wash before use, which I had done, unless you sanitize it, the germs may still mingle around this product. I am seriously worried now, ladies please consider this.

I purchased in 2019 & these have saved me! So easy to use instead of trying to do kegals! After menopause and over 50 these have helped so much.
