Henry Hetty HET160 Bagged Cylinder Vacuum, 620 W, 6 Litres, Pink

First hoover arrived with broken pin plug. I contacted customer service and they arranged for replacement to be sent out. Customer service was helpful and even sent some free hoover bags with the replacement. The hoover is great, it’s quieter than the cordless shark I had previously and far superior suction /cleaning power. Nice and light to carry around the house, easy and compact enough to store in a small cupboard . 10/10 recommend

Our old Hetty lasted 14 years but she sadly died the other day. I probably could have had someone bring her back to life, but I felt it was the right time to replace her. Her younger model is slightly smaller in size but has the same suction power. All attachments included and two bags. No setting up required- plugged her in and she was ready to go! New Hetty also has slots so you can attach the fittings for easy storage. 10/10. In love with her already.

I like the fact the Hetty Hoover is small, compact, therefore needing little storage space. It is easy to manoeuvre with its fitted wheels and its long extendable electric cord means I don’t have to change sockets to do the stairs. The suction, although powerful, for some reason doesn’t take up hair from my dog, which, thankfully, is very little, it just stays attached into the brush head and I have to remove it manually. Another design problem I find is that there are not enough extendable telescopic poles giving height to allow me to stand fully upright when operating the hoover... I am no giant either... I’m only 5’ 3 ins! I find myself having to Hoover in a stooped position, which soon causes me discomfort on my lower right side. There are many plus sides to the Hetty. Price, storage, lengthy flex, good suction ( not good on animal hair) and affordable bags, but it does lack some of the extra features - frills if you like - of the Miele I had previously. - better lengthy telescopic poles and power levels) I guess you get what you pay for, and compromises have to be made. I’ve only had mine a month, so, still staying open minded.

Wow, what can I say, this little hoover is excellent, the suction power when it's turned up full is immense, sometimes a little too good (you may have to rescue small rugs or doormats 😅) it's also quite light weight and doesn't take up much room to store, and further to that, it's actually not an eyesore if left in view, I got the Hetty version and it's cute 😊 but if that's not your thing you can actually remove the face (something I didn't know before looking at the instructions) honestly I have nothing bad to say about it, and thats rare 😅 Henrys/Hettys definitely live up to their reputation, and imo it's definitely worth spending a bit more to get a product you know will do a good job and last than to get something slightly cheaper and doesn't do its job at all 😒 (yes I did do this 😅)

I love her she is so cute and does an amazing job. The hoover is very small and lightweight with a wooden floor setting and carpet setting, comes with different brush extentions and is easy to detach and change heads. I live the extention and retraction of the cord and the ability to change the strength of suction. Comes with 2 dust bags.

Great vacuum! A lot cheaper here than any other places in AU. Even though I had to buy an adapter it still came in cheaper! Great vacuum with a lot of useful accessories, not ones you don’t need!

Great vacuum that is the perfect size for handling stairs and narrow areas. I love that it is small enough to fit in the linen closet yet still powerful enough to do a great job. I have had a larger one (the xl version of Henry) and think I would have been fine with just Hetty. The xl version also does a great job, but is harder to carry around and fit in narrow spaces.

Poor quality and is expensive, plus the voltage is wrong
