JL Childress Ultimate Car Seat Travel Bag for Newborn and Above (Black)

Very handy carrier bag for car seat, the bag is somewhat large, but it still makes it so much easier to transport the seat around. Padding on all sides apart from the top means that I now feel much better about checking in the car seat at the airport as well without it coming out all bruised and battered on the other side. It also comes with a strap to fold the bag with, handy for storing. Have only used it on one trip so far, but looks like a durable material and has plenty of space for my car seat (I have a Group 1 car seat).

This is a great car seat travel bag. The material is thick and coated and offers some padding. We used with the Joie stages and it packed in perfectly. We did also pack towels and nappies around the seat to provide some additional padding and to free space up in our suitcases. The back pack straps are great as it meant my husband could carry the bag on his back whilst pulling suitcases. Would definitely recommend. We have used this for several long haul flights and it’s atill going strong.

A huge bag that contained our Maxi cosi infant seat (plus nappies, blankets, baby sleeping bags and teddies!) for a flight. The padding reassured me that the seat wouldn't be damaged in transit and the rucksack style straps made it easy to carry whilst trying to manage a pushchair, suitcases and baby! The bag will definitely fit the next size car seat too so very happy. We looked at the unpadded and cheaper bags but opted for this one because you never know what happens to your bags once they've been put on that conveyer belt! We're very pleased we did choose this bag.

This seat fits a Recaro Young Sport Hero car seat very nicely - practically like it was made for it. It's also survived its first journey on a plane and back again, and seems to have withstood the baggage handlers well; a little scuffed here and there but the car seat is fine. I don't know how many holidays we'll get out of it, but this is a five star product for me because it appears to be well made and fits our car seat perfectly.

This is a good, padded bag and just what we needed for our flight to NZ for our Maxi-Cosi Cabriofix car-seat and base. I bought it after reading reviews and decided it was worth the extra money as another one we used in the past was ruined after one return journey to NZ. It lasted the flights (three planes!) and came out unscathed on the whole, EXCEPT the zip 'popped' and it was in a plastic bag with some of the bits inside the bag also outside when we came to collect at baggage claim. However, this isn't really the bags fault as we did pack in a LOT of extra bits to make use of all the space around the car seat and the Baby Bjorn bouncer we put in did push the zip a little (I did notice it but hoped it would hold as the zips are quite heavy duty!) so this is the reason it didn't make it completely in one piece!! Oops! I have managed to fix the zip though it has stretched a little so hopefully it will last the journey back - needless to say, we WON'T be packing in so much extra on the return journey! LOL!

Super handy for our car seat when we flew from London to Australia. We only had a small baby car seat so there was extra room to throw in additional stuff like nappies etc. The airlines never checked what was actually in the bag. Straps are very handy and we did carry this on our back a few times which was a lifesaver as we had a lot of luggage and no free hands.

Great product, fits my Cybex Zirona R and Base Z car seat system perfectly, easy to carry, on the large side but most car seats and bases are huge, the bag even rolls away nicely while car seat is in use. So far taken 6 flights and done several journeys and the car seat and bag are in perfect condition.

I bought this after reading plenty of reviews about competing products where most reviews claimed they ripped or otherwise deteriorated quite quickly. This one however has lasted multiple trips and looks like new! One thing that would have been nice to have is a couple of wheels at the bottom so you can drag it along.

I purchased this bag when I was traveling with my infant son. I will start off by saying that I thought the quality of this bag exceeded my expectations. The canvas material is very thick and durable. The zippers are wide and sturdy. The straps are attached very well and have a thick, durable strap material. I purchased a stroller bag from my stroller's manufacturer and was very disappointed in the quality. Based on the quality of this car seat bag, I wish that I would have purchased a stroller bag from this manufacturer as well. I was able to easily fit my Chicco Key Fit 30 Infant Car Seat and Base into this bag. It seems as though this bag is likely constructed for a convertible or forward facing carseat, but I was able to fit my infant car seat into it without too much of a struggle. I just popped the carseat into the base and then put the entire thing in the bag. I was able to easily carry the carseat on my back and push the stroller or pull the suitcase. The straps make it very manageable. We have a Britax Marathon Convertible Carseat and I tried it out in the bag...fit in easily. I took a previous reviewers advice and was able to an additional bag in with the carseat in the bag (i.e. a bag of toys/extra diapers that I didn't want to have to sacrifice other luggage space for). If you put anything inside, I would highly recommend not leaving it loose, just in case the zippers are opened/come loose during transit. I would put it in a bag and then probably loop the straps of the bag to the carseat somehow (i.e. loop straps through the carseat buckles). I did this and didn't end up with anything missing. Of note, at the time of this review, you should not have to pay extra to check a carseat nor does it count towards any free luggage allowance. I will tell you, at different airports it came out at different baggage claims. Once it came out with the normal baggage and once it came out in oversized items. If you can't find it with the regular baggage, check the oversized area. Edit: We've had this bag over 2 years, with two kids and three carseats and it's still doing great. After about 10 flights, there are a few small 'wear and tear' holes in the canvas, but they are small and not enough to be a problem. We're still very pleased with our purchase.

Fits my Britax One4Life nicely and folds into a manageable pack when not in use. Good for checkin bag but not too suitable for gate check due to the weight of the car seat (not the bag).

Es un bolso super grande. Tengo una Cybex Pallas Fix y sobra muuucho espacio dentro. Lo he usado en un solo viaje (ida/vuelta) y ha llegado en perfecto estado (la silla y el bolso) Viene con una cinta para cuando no se esté usando ocupe poco espacio.

We have a large Britax seat and it fits snug. I was afraid we would get a bag large enough but this one is perfect. Measure your seat and all is a couple of inches extra so it’s not too tight. It’s well made and has a jumbo size zipper to make it nice and strong. Nicely padded so it keeps your seat from being damaged too.
