Great price, arrived in good condition.
Trees arrived in good condition. The trees are about 1.2m in height. Pots are plastic and one has a split down it’s side. I’ve not contacted seller about it as this is a minor thing as they will be moved into more aesthetically pleasing pots later on next spring. The complimentary citrus feed tub of granules was a nice addition to this purchase. Will last a while as one small scoop makes 500ml of feed. No flowers on the trees as yet , however, new green shoots/leaves have appeared over the past few weeks and both trees are doing well in the glasshouse. The trees look to want to grow thorns/barbs and previous thorns/barbs look to have been cut off the main stem prior to delivery. Keeping Green Fingers crossed for flowers and fragrance followed by orange and lemon fruits. Updates to follow... Nov19 - Varieties supplied were Eureka (lemon), Lane Late(orange). Bothe are kept in the lean too and temperatures dropping to around 10degC. at present. Both specimens are looking healthy. No sign of any flowers as yet. 30thDec2019 - flower buds on lemon tree. See photo. 10thFeb2020 - lemon tree one flower open Over the past few weeks Of the darker winter nights the lemon tree has dropped about the upper most leaves, most likely due to low temperatures. Will have to put a fleece over the top of them next winter period to see if that helps at all. Mid-March2020: The year of Covid 19 virus. The orange and lemon tree have been subjected to spider mites attack. That explains the increase in leaves dropping. Once identified, treated with Trounce(available on Amazon) and it has effectively stopped the little blighters on the lemon tree. The few flowers that were left on it have pollinated and four lemons are starting to grow. The orange tree, the larger of the two, has recovered well but needs further treatment. I am trying a predator bug of the spider mites and hope it will finish them off. If not, I’ll revert back to using the Trounce control method. Orange tree is nearly in flower, with many buds close to opening. April 2020: The orange tree flowering and fragrant has moved onto developing fruits. Spider mite pest are active again and hoping the predator mites I purchased hurry up and get to work. See my review on those type of predator for more details. 12th April 2020: Looks like the predator mites have won the day against the RSM. Appear to be clear of the pests and no leaf drop occurring. Orange fruits are increasing in size by the week. It is now a case of weekly feed and wait to ripen. May 2020: return of the RSM. I have resorted to use of Trounce organic insecticide and after two treatments , three days apart and RSM are not in sight . A third treatment applied, again three days after last treatment, as others experience advise to be safe than sorry. No untoward effects to fruits and they are 2xpea size. June2020: Both are in flower again and fragrant. Lost the Orange fruit due to RSM and treatment to rid them. New fruits on tree and wait and see. Both outside as temperatures are well above the 10degC. November 2020 update: The lemon tree with fruits that are comparable size to that you can purchase. See photo. Jan 2021: photo update and noticeably yellowing fruit

A VERY HEALTHY YOUNG PLANT
What a nice little tree I am impressed even if I never get fruit as it looks lovely and green a nice thing to have in the winter when every other thing nearly is dull and dead. I think some colour in the winter helps us a lot in forgetting it is really winter. I will look after this tree keep it in a nice sunny position and in the winter take it inside away from the cold and wet so it will be nice again the next summer and every summer after that. So far my lovely tree is doing fine and growing new shoots I have given it some feed that I got on amazon and it looks great. At the 21st of October this tree is still doing well as I took a branch and turned it into a leader as when it came it had the leader cut out it is not nearly 6 foot tall.

Beautiful Citrus tree one lemon and 1 orange
Lovely trees arrived a day early. They have loads of leafs that are very healthy. Both measure approximately 1m 15cm from the bottom of the pot to the top. Upon opening only 3-5 leafs had fallen off each plant. The leaves are fragrant and plentiful. Hopefully they will blossom and produce fruits. Only time will tell. I given 4 stars simply because the leaves were filthy with brown dust like water drops as shown in the last photo. I used cotton wool and water to wipe them clean as it was very clear it wasn't a some kind of mould growing on the leaves upon inspection.

We have a lemon on our tree...
We bought this a while ago and now it has been in our house for a while it is worth writing a review. It arrived well packaged and very quickly, and on arrival it had a couple of tiny fruits on it. The leaves were a little wrinkled, with the lower leaves looking a bit older and some newer growth above. We planted it indoors in a 17 inch Terracotta pot and have kept it reasonably well watered although on the dry side. It was late spring so the room was warm with plenty of light from the windows. After a few weeks the fruits dropped off. I wasn't overly worried as young trees sometimes do not have the strength to support fruit. The leaves started to look slightly less wrinkled - although that could have been my wishful thinking. After a few more weeks some flowers appeared. There were about 5 with a lovely scent. Three of these became small fruits. Two of these dropped off although one of those had achieved the size of a large marble so that was disappointing. One remained. I had also noticed that there was some sticky residue on the leaves in places, and discovered through some research that it was being caused by some mealy bugs that were on the plant (which I expect arrived with it). I found a non-chemical treatment which did not really work but removing them by hand did, and a friendly indoor spider seemed to want to help as well. Autumn became winter and the plant didn't seem very happy as it was not getting enough light or heat - leaves started to look even more wrinkly and some started to fall. We thought it was not going to recover, as the last remaining fruit hadn't grown from any further having achieved the size of a ping-pong ball, and leaves continued to drop. We then moved it to a bigger window and within a few days it had started to bud. 21 Flowers bloomed and then about 15 of these turned into fruits, with a few dropping shortly afterwards. So we now have 1 growing lemon (bigger than 2 squash balls) about 8 very small lemons, and it has just budded to produce some more flowers. It has never grown any new foliage as far as I can see and I think the wrinkliness of the leaves is actually just the way they are, although I have detected signs of happiness and unhappiness in the relative wrinkliness of them. So - overall I am happy - it is what the seller said it would be, and it is growing - slowly. Given better warmth and more light it would probably be doing better, and my advice is to keep it in good light, water it a little and often, and don't let it get cold (i.e. follow the sellers instructions). I'm no garden expert and I'm sure there is better advice out there. If I could I would knock half a star off because I think I would have liked some more information from the sellers about what to expect from the tree in its first year or so. It was cheap though, so maybe I'm being a bit harsh. Update (August 2016): We currently have 5 lemons growing (slowly) and it has sprouted two bunches of new leaves. The mealybugs are still breeding but under control. Love this tree.
