MUC-OFF - Luxury Chamois Cream 250ml Tub

I've been a keen cyclist for a very long time and over the years have tried a variety of creams, including some that are a little on the expensive side. However I have to say that the Muc-Off luxury chamois cream is easily my favourite. It has the perfect consistency, not too thick as to be difficult to apply and not to runny as to be messy. It has no noticeable scent and doesn't cause any irritation to sensitive areas of skin. It performs well applied as an anti chaffing cream when cycling and I've also used it as an anti chaffing cream for long distance hiking, where it also excels. The 250ml tub is a good size and should give plenty of applications.

Great stuff, absolute necessity for any ride longer than an hour. Nice and thick though not too thick like some (Vaseline, anyone?), smells nice, goes on easily enough whether applying to shorts or skin - or both - does the job.

Having used 'Udderly Smooth' chamois cream for many years with absolutely no signs of chaffing or rubbing I was disappointed to discover it was not currently available as a Chamois Cream, only more run of the mill moisturiser and hand creams. I looked around at different options, asking my cycling buddies what they spread over their bits before a bit of leg punishment, reading different reviews from like minded individuals who regularly grease the lower regions up prior to donning the lycra and riding for hours on end and taking in the different products available. I finally pressed the button on some of this silky goodness from Muc Off. I'm certainly glad I did. A good consistency and easily applied although slightly thicker and 'harder' than my usual 'Udderly Smooth'. The mild tingle effect is also quite soothing and cooling and the fragrance, despite a few comments here, is actually quite fresh and soapy. All in all a great chamois cream which does what it says on the jar.

It's a good product. As another reviewer has said, it depends on how thick you like your cream. Because of its thickness, I'd say one tends to apply it more liberally and therefore to use it up more quickly. I also find the VeloChampion cream to be very good, as well as the Chamois Butt'r. On another note, I'd also say that the quality of the chamois pad in your shorts makes a huge difference, if you cycle long distances. The higher the quality of insert, the less chafing you are likely to get. I doubt any cream will make up for a really poor chamois or ill-fitting bibs.

Keeps the tackle well looked after, has a nice fresh feeling when applied and a nice scent. Doesn't leave any nasty residue and coped with a 6 hour ride with only 1 application, still felt fresh and moisturised. Easy to apply and a little goes a long way

This was a life saver! When it is hot and you're wearing shorts, there's always something that rubs. This cream works incredibly well to relieve aby rubbing / chaffing. Would definitely purchase again.

Perfect size and quality.

Independientemente del formato es la mejor vaselina/crema para la badana para rutas largas o si tienes demasiadas molestias. Aplicar en piel o textil según tu gusto. El olor es perfecto y se va también con una lavadora. La llevo usando más de un año y la recomiendo a todos los ciclistas con problemas de rozaduras.
