Bought these a few times and they last a very long time! Great energy 15min before gym sessions or any high intensity workouts. The creatine is also useful if looking to build muscle or just retain more muscle mass size. The flavour is great, slightly sweet but not too overwhelming, highly recommend this one. Comes with a scoop for portion sizing.

It tastes like the KA drink fruit punch flavour. Obviously being a supplement it has a slight touch of sweetness but nothing to worry about. Recommend this flavour for sure.

Don't normally write reviews but I think this deserved one, this is probably the best pre workout I've used to date. The fruit punch is delicious, yes you get a slight gritty taste, being loaded with creatine which does not dissolve properly anyway, so stop ya whinging about it tasting gritty. Gave me that kick after a few minutes and prob lasts a couple of hrs. Slept spot on. This is not a fake review.

If this is your first ever pre-workout, you'll feel the caffeine and other chemicals taking effect and it will help and I'd recommend it. If it is not, which is the case for me, you would have built up a tolerance to this level (175mg) of caffeine and I wouldn't recommend it. Also, based on the price and the 'mg' of caffeine, you can find better (cheaper) pre-workouts with similar compositions like A.B.E. which has a higher caffeine dose (if that's what you're looking for). Overall, the watermelon flavour was decent, but it tasted quite flat when in 200ml of water - usually they taste sour which helps, but this one didn't.
