Good quality beads and plenty of letters. I also love the hearts, smileys and numbers - so smart! The 1's and 0's in there can substitute as I's and O's in a pinch. The picture shown in the add is exactly how they will arrive. Fortunately the container was shrink-wrapped so nothing spilled out. Seller added a thank-you note and I really feel like they took the time to ensure customer happiness. Attention to detail! It really is the little things that a seller does to make you feel like they care about their product and the customer's experience with it and them that make a customer come back again!

Good, wish it had more vowels
We made friendship bracelets for an event and it was perfect, unfortunately they don't have too many extra of the common letters like a and e so I ended up having to supplement but the quality is good and they worked fine. I just wish they had more of the common vowels! The addition of smiley faces and hearts is nice and the kids loved that
