Having suffered with symptoms of leaky gut for years, I read that I should be taking L-Glutamine to help repair some of the damage. I can already feel a difference after a few weeks of taking these. My problem was that my leaky gut had caused an autoimmune response and I was experiencing lots of food sensitivities. Particularly to gluten, which now I’m able to eat in small amounts. This, coupled with daily kefir is really making a difference. I always chose Solgar for my supplements because I know that I can trust them and that they are a good quality. My son is now speaking, asking questions and is much more in our world as such. L gluamine can not be used for ever but I hope my son will proceed to thrive in his new found world after use x

Arrived on time, but without any boxes or instructions. They were just in plastic bags, so I'm not sure if it's a genuine product. It was packed in a huge cardboard envelope, so there would have been enough space.

You don't notice the effects of the tablets when you are on them but I did notice a difference when I was not taking them. I felt quite energised and I wasn't struggling so much with those last reps in the gym whilst taking them regularly. Overall good product!

This, and a new probiotic were started together and one or both have definitely helped. Well worth trying

I am on medication which gives me sugar cravings and I did some Googling and found out these are supposed to reduce sugar cravings, I didn’t want to try the powder as taking a tablet is much easier, I took four to five or these a day in the morning and they did stop me craving sugar as much as I did before. Easy to swallow will buy again

I go to a Dr who uses holistic medicine along with traditional medicine to treat the whole body.

The benefits after about ten days - better metabolism in late afternoon, better stomach, proved to be a source of joint pain and muscle cramps after a while. I had to stop taking them and I was only taking 1 a day versus the 3 recommended. I do have lots of allergies, but I would gradually increase dosage if you want to try them.
