I bought this product because I like to take good care of my skin, therefore I liked the idea of this being almost completely organic. I also have combination skin, so I needed a moisturizer that suited the dry skin around my nose and mouth, but also for the oily parts on my forehead and cheeks without making me look too shiny! This moisturizer was perfect for getting rid of any dry patches and was also perfect for the day-time as it feels really light, therefore I can easily wear foundation over the top. It also feels incredibly refreshing when you apply it which I love. The smell does take some getting used to (although my boyfriend loves it), however I think that's the price you have to pay with it being organic.

I found this to be a very mild skin cream, I didn't react to it at all, even under the eyes (where I get a reaction from most face creams). You only need a tiny bit to moisturise your face and the pump dispenser is economical and hygienic. Leaves my dry skin lovely and soft and smooth straight away after applying, sinks in very quickly and leaves a matt finish - perfect! I'm really glad I've found this face cream and will definitely be getting more in the future. Oh, and it smells nice!

Great moisturiser, good for dry skin. I had some flakey bits on face and this cream sorted that out. Has a smell which might not be too everyone's liking however it doesnt linger too long and it isn't too bad. Cream comes in pump bottle and initially seems quite thick, but when using in face sinks in very easily and doesn't leave much of a greasy look. Gives more of a dewy healthy complexion look.

Wish I'd ordered sooner - really nice cream. I use every morning before applying make up & it makes my skin feel really soft & smooth. I dont majorly see a difference to my skin but I have had a fair few compliments about my 'glowing complexion' which is a good sign! I had some old, chemical cream left to use up & really noticed its potent smell & slightly stinging effect after using green people's natural face cream which I hadn't noticed before so I threw that away! I will most definitely be buying more of this cream & won't be going back to ordinary chemical creams again. I am slowly beginning to switch many of my potions & lotions over yo green people's & I must say I wish I'd done it sooner. I love the fact that everything used is natural & my skin feels the calmest & softest in a long time. Highly recommend :-)

I bought this cream based on the great reviews, & am somewhat disappointed with the product. Just a brief overview of my skin for your reference before I start the review. I have pale combination skin, which is usually fine, but I do get the odd spot & can be prone to breakouts, which is why I'm careful about the products I use. However over the years I have tried epic amounts of different products in the hope of finding 'the one' for me. I never have though, & most creams & beauty products are packed with so many chemical nasties, the results could be awful & disappointing on so many levels!! It's fantastic that it's 89% organic, made with all natural ingredients & without any chemical nasties & it smells wonderful. The draw back is that I don't like the sticky tight type of feeling it leaves on my skin afterwards, which is why it only gets 3 stars. It doesn't feel like it sinks into my skin well, more sits on top. I bought the hydrating firming serum (smells beautiful) to use underneath it, hoping that would improve the feel, but sadly I think it makes it feel worse. Although they haven't caused me to break out in spots, like so many other creams have in the past. Having said all this, it does provide quite a nice base for makeup, (best to wait 5 minutes before applying) it's just a shame that my skin doesn't feel nice & silky soft to the touch after applying the cream. Also need to apply less powder as it sticks to the surface of my skin much more with this cream as a base. (I haven't made the switch over to organic mineral makeup yet, as I can't afford to at the moment & I still have other make up to use first. The drawback of bulk buying when offers are on ;-) I also bought the fruitful nights night cream & experienced the same feeling on my skin, & the cream is much too thick & heavy for my skin. Feels like it can't breath properly after applying, although I'm sure with all the natural ingredients in it, that isn't the case. I will use this lot up (not the fruitful nights though) but I wont be buying any more Green People creams. I'll try another organic brand. Don't let that put you off though, as they may well work well for you, as they have for those who left great reviews. The pricing is not that expensive too, so I think it's worth the risk for all the benefits you can potentially get. I do Love Green people cleansers though. I use the Foaming Anti blemish face wash which smells divine & leaves my skin feeling lovely & clean afterwards. The foam doesn't last long so I need 3-4 squirts to feel like I've thoroughly cleansed my face & neck, so not sure how long this pot will last me. I will definitely keep buying this cleanser though. The Gentle Cleanse & makeup remover is wonderful, again smells gorgeous & does a great job of cleansing my face & removing all traces of makeup. I just massage it into my skin & wash it off with warm water after. Leaves my skin feeling nice & clean & moisturised too, perfect! Will definitely buy that again too. I love that their products are never tested on animals too, that's very important to me, along with never using the chemical nasties. I wish I had discovered the joys of buying these kind of products much sooner, they provide peace of mind in so many ways! Green People products are well priced, given the natural & high quantities of organic ingredients they use. Some are very expensive in comparison, & they also give 10% of net profits to charity, which is another feel good factor about their products. Overall they are a great company!!

Excellent face cream.

ive been using this vita min fix ( day and night cream } for a good while now years in fact and I cannot do without this cream I feel ive neglected my skin some how so I use this cream every day on my face and it feels great don't have to add much and even thoe its in a small carton it lasts and lasts and well worth the money, ive also used their fruitful nights cream to and just as wonderful as so is their hand and body cream, im hooked now and wont use anything else. and one more thing these are all natural products for our skin girls so passing this info on to you is my good deed for the day :)

Intense burning reaction after applying cream. I use several other products from this brand, and this is the only one that I've had any problems with. Unfortunately it's now too late to return, as I didn't use it until a month after receipt. Disappointed.

I've been using this cream for a few years now, and been very happy with my purchase. I use it as a day cream under my makeup. For me, the best compliment came from the makeup artist who did my wedding makeup: she said I have really great skin. I think nobody would ever remark on my skin before I used this face cream, which has had quite a nice effect on making my skin look bright and healthy. I'm glad to see I can keep buying it in Germany, via Amazon, now that I've moved away from the UK.
