Nice gift for our 9 year old grandson. He plays chess very well with us and we wanted to introduce him to Bagckgammon as well. I wanted a similar set that his father grew up using, which was a leather type briefcase in brown and white. Decided on this one and the size of the briefcase and pieces are perfect. The hardware on the case is a little suspect, so we hope it holds up for him. Pretty good value.

This is a nice backgammon set. It's well made and nice colors. Extra pieces were with it, in case we lose some. It came in handy after my foot surgery.
