I tried this because I was having terrible sinus issues. I won't be without it in the house ever again! This helped me so much. Opened things up and helped the sinus' drain. Reduced the inflammation too. Love it and I highly recommend. I don't like to use chemicals or drugs so this is a nice find.

This is the most effective product I have ever used for some deep sinus infection that was causing a post nasal drip that caused me to cough when I laced down. I have used saline rinses for years and my sister kept recommending this product to me. I am really happy I went ahead and ordered and tried it. I was skeptical, but I am now a believer in this product. It is the best for what it does. It will not cure allergies, but can give temporary relief like saline does for them. The real help comes from the antibacterial effect it had on infections.

Wow. Really helped me and my husband through the last round of whatever my preK kids were sharing. And fwiw I tell my kids germs are the ONLY thing we don't share but we are still working on that. The label suggest 5 pumps but I only used two. Still worked well. If you are looking for homeopathic options I highly recommend this product. Score one point for me, 0 for my school kiddos!

I believe in colloidal silver but this is the first time I bought nasal spray. I feel more comfortable having it on hand knowing that cold, flu and virus season is here and it often starts because what we breathe in stays in the nares. Colloidal silver acts like an antibiotic and the nasal spray mist is perfect for cleaning the nasal passages of the bacteria accumulated.

I'd give it a zero if I could. I received this product today, and the box it came in was undamaged and dry. I went to open the plastic piece around the squirter and a piece of glass came off and nearly sliced my finger open. I looked into the container amd it was a completely empty. Again, the box was dry so the bottle was never filled.

I’ve used this consistently during my grand children’s cold season. Oct. though Jan. I ALWAYS get sick but I’ve used this daily and it’s really help!!!!
