ILNP Poison - Blood Red Magnetic Nail Polish, Chip Resistant Manicure, Non-Toxic, Vegan, Cruelty Free, 12ml

This color was not what I had hoped. It was a beautiful orangey red but definitely not the vibrant blood red I was hoping for from the pictures. I will say it was that color if you used a camera flash on it, but otherwise it was not. However, I reached out to ILNP about my concerns and they made up for it by offering to send me a new polish in a true red, even going so far as to suggest a color they thought would work better. 10/10 customer service and I love this company. Will continue to support them as long as I do my nails. 💅

First off let me start by saying I have been using ILNP products off and on the last year and I love the shades and depth you get from their polishes. I left a review this time because it's the first time I've ordered directly from them and not borrowed it from my cousin. Notes: -Smell...I've used all kinds of products Essie, OPI, China Glaze, Holo Taco and the list goes on. Nail polish is going to smell like polish regardless. But ILNP does have a scent that is not overwhelming and dissipates fairly quick. After a quick taco aka Topcoat (iykyk) it's odorless. -No UV!...if it wasn't clear from the description of polish. There is no UV light or curing needed for this. Just some good old fashioned patience, which I can appreciate because I am not one for the damage UV does overtime to our digits. -Removal... I usually have no issue removing their polishes and I use polish remover with low acetone in it. -Don't overthink it...it's my first time using magnetic polish and it took me a little bit to figure out what consistency to make the first and second strokes of polish to get the desired effect from the magnet. -I messed up and it still looks good!...following up on my above note, I had a little struggle and thought it was ruined with some parts coming out darker than others but the finished effect is this brilliant and beautiful velvet effect. -Lighting...in the video I used my flash and in all pictures; The first is with the flash and the second without. In my opinion I love the effects you get regardless of the lighting. -Longevity...depends on you as a person and application. I usually get 2 weeks or more out of mine with minimal wear and the occasional touch up around the tips. This is with doing housework, scrubbing etc. Use gloves when cleaning and moisturize and you should get atleast a solid 2 weeks. Overall if you give it a chance I'm sure it'll get easier overtime to do. (I'll try to update withthe other color in the box). I've been doing my nails myself for 10+ years and still have an adjustment period to new effect polishes. ILNP is worth the money and regardless of what Amazon projects for delivery time you will likely get it sooner. Phenomenal quality overall and will def be starting a collection of their polishes! 💅🏽🫶🏽 LAST NOTE: Amazon asks for sheerness and I put 3 stars, depending on how you load your brush woth polish will determine the sheerness you get from one coat and so on. I wouldn't particularly consider this shade sheer due the pigment and way I load my brush.

I have been very well impressed with the durability of all of the ILNP brand polishes I’ve used. The colors are very pretty. It dries quickly and has pretty good coverage. This color, “Poison” looked much more of a blood red color to me in the photos and is described that way too. However, it’s MUCH more orange or coppery in real life. It’s still a pretty color but not what I wanted when I ordered it. I’m wearing three coats in the pics that I tried to magnetize but am not sure I did a good job at. I will say, I painted my nails then went and deep cleaned the bathroom for two hours. I wore gloves but still did lots of hand washing/having wet hands and the polish didn’t budge! Not a chip anywhere!

I love this company. My husband purchased a whole bunch of these for me for Christmas last year. I get tons of compliments on my nails when I wear these. Easy to apply. I only need 2 coats. Work great with magnets. Look amazing in any kind of lighting. Color is gorgeous. Coverage is wonderful. They last a very long time on my nails as well. HIGHLY recommend ILNP!

I have to revise my review because I’m SO impressed with ILNP’s customer service. They went above and beyond to not only help me find the PERFECT red (Say Love), but to also create a customer for life. I’m so impressed. The Shade Poison is not a blood red. The one I received is an orange-y copper rust shade, and while it’s very pretty, it’s not what I wanted. I’ve used a bar magnet, a “glass bead” magnet and a horseshoe magnet. The bar was the worst as it turned everything beyond the line it made into a dark uneven, sludgy brown that had no redeeming qualities. The best was the bead, but again this color is a warm orange shade and nowhere near red or the color shown in their photos.

This color is nothing like pictured. It’s more of a coppery color. I took it to the salon, and once they put the top coat on the cat eye effect went away. They had to put another coat on and another topcoat on top of that. I’ve reached out to the company and we will see what happens.

This is a great quality polish and works great for “cat eye” nails but the color on the listing is absolutely not true to color. When I ordered the color was “Blood Red” but now the listing has switched names to “Poison”. The picture is the same and shows a deep red color. This is NOT IT. This is orange. It’s pretty but it’s not red. I purchased this for a special occasion to coordinate with a red dress which it absolutely doesn’t match. Pretty disappointed in the product image as it’s an entirely different color. I’m only giving three stars because again, it’s great quality. But not what I wanted.

I absolutely lovvvveeee ILNP and will never use another nail polish. Absolutely beautiful colors and will last me at least 7 days before I notice a chip. Also dries very fast
