This is a great pack. It has the night time to help you sleep then the zinc and vitamin C to get thru the day and help kick start your immune system. Follow the directions for the day time.

So I got really sick and I didn't have any NyQuil left.. so I started taking the vitamin C pills and although I got a mild runny nose, pretty bad headache (I took ibuprofen for it) and some coughing and mild congestion and cough... I have to say these Vitamin C pills came thru for me.. it worked really well.. usually I would be sick for at least a week I was only sick for 3 days.. I saw a huge difference when I took the Vitamin C pills.. hopefully it continues to work!

I bought these for the super C . That stuff is amazing when you start feeling like you are getting sick. I have bought it by itself before but could no find it. So I guess I’ll take what I can.

I had gotten sick and used up my in stock supply, so I ordered more to replenish my supply, thankfully I did because i got sick again two weeks after be sick the first time. 😩

Works well relieving severe cold symptoms. The vit.c and zinc may be a placebo effect .

My cold went away faster. It helped me sleep and relax. I didn’t cough as much during the night.
