Follow steps for fix a floor to work well
Happy to give 5 stars as product has worked perfectly and I have no loose tiles or crunchy sounds underneath after use. I had a phenomenon called tile tenting happen and it fixed it for us. But I will say and warn others that it doesn’t work like in the videos where you squeeze into one hole and it comes up another when filled - this didn’t happen so you need to work out your own system like I did. The solution is incredibly runny (although it needs to be to recess under damaged tiles) but as it takes a while to sink into the holes I drilled, its very easy to over fill them and make a mess until I got into a rhythm. I found it best to work on a section of holes at a time and slowly release the fix-a-floor into the first hole and as soon as it fills up release the pressure on your cork gun and quickly aim the nozzle into a nearby hole as it will drip solution after releasing the trigger on the gun. Squirt, fill, release, aim nozzle into next hole, squeeze, release and next hole and repeat. After a while I got pretty good at it and hardly had any excess mess. Another tip, whilst in periods of rest (waiting for glue to recess) is to lay the gun and aim the nozzle over a hole so if it drips it doesn’t get wasted. I did find some of the holes wouldn’t fill up and not take much solution whereas others were like endless pits so use these ones to catch the excess drips. I also carefully stood / put pressure on the tiles to help the solution squish under them and I could see the air bubbles form in the glue holes and then I could add more solution. Wipe any spills away with a wet sponge and make sure to leave for 24h. I also weighted the tiles with dumbbells. The process is slow and repetitive but works if you follow the steps I did. Have read others say it doesn’t work and is glorified PVA glue but it sets really solid and has to be runny to work correctly.

Works but......
Purchased this produced as our tiled kitchen floor started having some movement in it under certain tiles, one of them was making quite the creak when walking on it and we were concerned it would crack. We bought this to try and needed the add on needle due to the size of our grouting spacing. Once in the floor the and set the product is brilliant! All our creaks and wobbles have totally gone away and we will be doing another round on a few we have missed - the only issue is, it's messy, very messy so have lots of rags / tissues and a big bucket of water and go VERY VERY slow, no real pressure should be put on or you will find the product all leaks out the bottom of the tube. I bought a decent gun as recommended and on my first try it still all leaked out and I didn't exactly squeeze hard, so the second time I just gently pulled for a second then let go then again, over and over taking breaks after each one second gentle pull. Full bucket of water sat on the tile for 24 hours was enough to set it.

Surprisingly Effective – Saved Me Replacing Tiles!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Surprisingly Effective – Saved Me Replacing Tiles! I had a couple of hollow/loose tiles driving me mad and was gearing up for a messy replacement job. Decided to give this a try first and honestly, I’m glad I did. The micro-injector tip makes it really easy to get adhesive exactly where you need it – especially on narrow grout lines. The product is quite runny, so take your time and keep a damp cloth handy, but once you get going it’s very straightforward. I injected slowly, gave it time to settle, then repeated, and it filled the void perfectly. After curing, the tiles feel rock solid again and the hollow sound has completely gone. Much cheaper and cleaner than ripping tiles up, and a great little kit to have for future repairs. If you’ve got a few “clacky” tiles or creaky flooring, this is definitely worth trying before calling a tiler. Highly recommend – saved me time, hassle, and money. 👌

Low quality tube
Good product but tube is has lick all around. Buy some adhesive cheaper from poundland and makes same job.

Worked Well.
Worked well on my Karndean floor. I have had problems from the very start with my floor. After having a lot of problems with LVT floors I would say go with a recommendation or seeing an install, don't trust an approved installer means the installation will be good. I have repaired many times with the original adhesive but you get the domino effect in that taking up the tile to re-stick means the next ones to it also lift. With fix a floor I was able to get the needle under the LVT tile without fully lifting. It stuck well after a few hours and is still OK a month later. The glue is like a PVA so I can imagine it may not work on ceramic tiles with deep holes underneath.

Fixed the tiles, created another visual problem
It did the job I bought it for. I took on board the other reviews of it being very watery. Kitchen towels at the ready. It was easy to apply after taking out the grout. Loose tiles in my newly tiled kitchen floor. All loose tiles fixed firm after 24 hours brilliant. However, noticed after over a week a dark patch has started appearing under the glaze of the tiles. Like a grease mark on the ceramic tiles. It must be a chemical leaching through the porous tile and showing up beneath the glaze. See pics. So floor is not looking great now. Recommend for fixing the tiles but not for marble effect/light coloured tiles

Well worth using worked for me
The adhesive worked very well. I had three sections of tiles that were either slightly moving when you stand on them or just not quite level. I could not imagine how mulch it would have cost to put right and if I could replace the tiles if they broke. I carefully drilled around each of the faulty floor tiles just enough depth to go below the tile thickness where the grout was loosed or moving and squealed the adhesive in. I did this until I could see the adhesive coming out of the other pilot holes. I made shore the tiles were giggled or waited depending on the issue. Worked a treet.
