Excellent!
Before this fan my bathroom had no ventilation. None. The walls and ceiling would drip with water after a shower and I constantly had to mop them with bleach to kill the mold and mildew that was inevitable. I absolutely love this ventilation fan. I did a lot of research, and often found this model to be in the top 5 best fans. Thats why I decided on it. It has a great pull when its running to move the air out and it passes the "tissue test." I was able to get mine ventilated to my chimney (rather than my attic) so my concerns about the mold are gone. When I shower now the glass on my mirror doesn't even fog up. The fan itself is amazingly quiet. The heater on this fan is a little louder than expected. The heater is louder than the fan. It is not bad, but it did surprise me. It doesnt bother anyone when its running and they are asleep. The heater is amazing and it has no trouble warming up my bathroom, and the fan and the heat actually seem to work well together. I had concerns the fan would just pull out all the heat, but it doesn't. They work great together. The light is not the brightest. I wouldn't want it as my only source of light. I have additional lights in my bathroom, so it is not a problem for me. One thing that I did not think of when I bought this is because of the heater it must be installed on its own breaker. I had a qualified electrician install mine, but it did run me some money to get it installed on a new breaker with new wiring that had to go through my garage, basement, a downstairs bathroom, up the wall and into the ceiling. I also did not have an existing hole in my ceiling, and my attic is not the most easily accessible spot. So it was a bit of an extensive process. In my opinion, it was worth the cost. I am completely satisfied with this fan. It does an amazing job and I enjoy the luxurious heat and warmth when I step out of the shower. But best of all I have not had to mop my ceiling and walls!

Delta is a good brand and quiet
The delivery man threw this package onto my doorstep and broke it. I did not even need to open the box to hear are the broken parts inside. Delta is a good brand but I will have to reorder to verify if this model lives up to the Delta reputation.

Solid fan and heater and easy install
This fan/heater combination seems to be well made and was fairly easy to install. The installation method and instructions are much easier to follow and more intuitive than what I read for the other two major exhaust fan brands. That is the main reason I bought it. That being said, some of the instructions are a little confusing or misleading. The instructions for cutting out the hole in the ceiling says that you need to measure to the exact dimensions or the grill will not hide the gap. I interpreted that to mean you would be able to see a gap on the outside of the grill. That is not the case. There is plenty of room to cover it. I think what they mean is that you would be able to see the gap if you looked up through the grill. Honestly, you can't, unless you use a flashlight and get really close. With normal lighting and just casually looking up, you don't see anything. My installation has a very slight gap because i used the housing itself with the flange side against the ceiling as a guide for cutting out the hole. I did that because I wanted to install the housing from the attic side. I noticed that the housing was offset from the hangers by 1/2 inch, so you can just drop it in with the hangers flush with the drywall and the housing sits flush with the ceiling. That way, you don't need someone on a ladder in the bathroom holding the housing while you are in the attic trying to attack the hangers to the housing. I foamed the gap (less that 1/16 inch) from the attic side and had to trim a little bit that pushed out on the ceiling. You can't see it with the grill on. One other issue was that; with 24" on center ceiling joists, you cannot use two screws on each hanger. The slots are spaced oddly so only one screw hole is visible. I don't think that's a major issue. It seems pretty secure. The fans are pretty quiet. I have noticed that the exhaust fan will get louder with a slight high-pitched jet-like whine when the bathroom door is open; but quiets down when the door is closed. I think it's a CFM balancing issue. The fan is a little oversized for the room. That is one of the trouble shooting issues mentioned in the manual. It's not a big concern for me, because I only run the fan with the door closed anyway. Otherwise, it works great. Th heater heats up the room quickly and the fan reduces the condensation.

Didn't last 5 years...
Purchased January 16th 2021. Worked well and was very happy with it until January 9th 2026 when the heating element went out. *EDIT* I originally gave this product a 2 star review because while we loved it, the heater went out after 5 years. After looking at the instructions, I installed it WRONG. The heater is supposed to be wired to it's own dedicated circuit. I have no doubt that had I wired it correctly, it would've lasted much longer.

Love, love. Love this!
We had a “heat lamp” in our primary bathroom that was sparking. So, we had to replace it. Our electrician recommended going for a bathroom fan/heater combo. This one has a light too. We have 2 bathrooms upstairs and both have a heat lamp but I only got 1 of these initially. I didn’t want to buy 2 if we didn’t really like it. Let me tell you, after 2 days I ordered a 2nd one for the other bathroom! We love this thing! It puts out some good heat, also has a l ight which is nice. Seemed simple to install, the electrician was in and out in no time. I don’t use this every day, only when it’s a little cooler when I shower but my wife and son use it every single day and love it. If I shower after either of them the bathroom is still nice and warm even if i don’t use it! Great buy, highly recommend.

Vary good and quite but.
unit worked good and was easy to install. Vary quite. I would give it a five star but i do not like that the heat blows to the side on about a 45 degree angle do to the shape of the grill fins. The heat is 1/3rd of the cover. I wish the heat would blow straight down or be adjustable. It still heat good but unless you have a bigger bath you may not be able to stand under the heat.
