I was looking for a good ren faire tankard with a lid and decided to avoid the wooden ones as they are usually too big and bulky to walk around with. There are plenty of pewter tankards on amazon, but this is the only one with a lid I could find. It really helps to keep the dust out of my ale when I'm walking around the faire. It's crafted well, feels solid, and doesn't weight as much as my smaller pewter tankard. I'm very happy with it.
