These butter cups are the perfect height and durable

These were the more affordable option we could find in a large set, so we knew we were getting a cheaper product. However, I will say that the metal seems a little flimsy and like the coating could flake off. The ramekins are great. Hold up fine in the dishwasher and fine when they had the tea like going underneath it. Good set for occasional use.

Perfect for melted butter for seafood night at home.

The stand is way too short so the candle flame is almost touching the bottom of the butter dish. After a couple of minutes the butter actually started to burn in the bowl from so much heat. Had to blow the candle out and stayed melted/warm for a while but not long enough.

Great idea that unfortunately can be a dangerous one! No warning in packaging, only found out after melted butter was poured in each and candle lit. Flame is too much for these small dishes, heating the butter to a dangerous popping state. Had to blow candles out to be able to sit at table safely while cracking crab. I do not recommend. Even stands seemed to be at risk for knocking over. Safer to just buy the butter dishes and set on table.
