Love this chair it’s comfortable and beautiful as well. However there was some damage to the chair scratched reclining lever/cracked piece of plastic that covers the Hydraulic piece needed to be better wrapped. Directions to put chair together weren’t too bad but could be more detailed for clarity.

The chair is very comfortable and easy to maneuver.

My husband put this together easily. Clients rave over how the chair looks and feels when they sit down. One down side is the chair is slightly difficult to turn .but other than that I am in love with the chair! When I first ordered this chair I received an email saying that they were out of stock and would be a few weeks before I could receive it. I was amazed at there customer service . They stayed in close contact with me until I received the chair. They even offered me other solutions to help me get another chair , but I held out because I was in love with this design. This company is definitely amazing!

Ordered 4 chairs. We had them for about a month now and everyone loves them! They look good in our shop and everyone that has sat in them said it's the most comfortable chair they sat in. They recline back and go up and down easily. They are very heavy and you don't feel like you will fall over when leaning back. Will buy again if we need more. Tried to take a picture, but Amazon app not working correctly.

Great chair. Base is light so it moves shifts the chair when clients sit in it.

It’s a good thing my husband is handy and just had a grinder laying around. The foot pedal used to pump up the hydraulic chair didn’t fit into the fitting because there was a defect in it. Fortunately he was able to grind off the defective “growth” (for lack of a better word) and then it went on just fine. Had he not been able to fix that I would have had to send it back. But we got it together and it seems sturdy and is very comfortable. On another note. The handle used to recline the chair had a coating on it to look like chrome but it was peeling off right when I opened the box... I really don’t hate it but I could see how someone else would. I’m keeping it because it is very cozy and value for the money I think is there. We will see how long it lasts 😳
